This place was not that great. The only helpful person here was the assistant physiotherapist. The PT himself had no idea what the hell he was doing. I went for several treatments for my ankle and he did the exact same thing for 10 min and that was it. He barely spent 2 min in the room with you, the initial assessment was maybe 5 minutes. It seems all they care about here is draining your health benefits. I would not recommend this place.

My wife has a severe pain on her knee joint. After having an x-ray done by the family physician he sent her to a Physiotherapy. We have chosen the Mountain Physiotherapy at Sherman Avenue. She was their for nine days (twice a week). The pain has now subsided and she is now feeling lot better. All of their staff and specially the Therapist was very helpful.

I attended Mountain Physiotherapy for Massage Therapy with Brennan Patrick; and found this to be the most welcoming clinic I've ever attended. The staff is warm and caring, Brennan is knowledgeable and understanding. The clinic itself is located in a convenient area which is public transportation accessible and has a sizable parking lot. The clinic is also spotless and upgraded. 10/10 would definitely recommend. -Marissa

From my first appointment on Nov.26 with Megan and through all my other appointments with Jessalyn and Megan they treated me like royalty .They showed me all the exercises both in the clinic and at home and with there help I have got 75 -80% more movement in my shoulder.I dont think I could have done it without their expert advise. All staff that I encountered showed a very high level of professionalism that made me feel confident in the care they were providing. I found this center thru my own research but would have no problems recommending it to family or friends ( and have already done that ). If the need should arise again would definitely use their services again.

I see Megan Shanahan and Jess Brouwer at Mountain physiotherapy and am finally getting some relief from injuries sustained in an MVA 1 year ago. I had tried several other physiotherapists and was very frustrated. I switched to this clinic and relieved to find that Megan and Jess are well organized, printing out illustrated instructions for each exercise they send me home with. They progress the treatments slowly but steadily so as not to over-extend me, and know just when to gently nudge me to work harder. Both are very knowledgeable and answer all my many questions patiently. They even asked for copies of my x-ray reports so they could better understand my individual needs. During my appointments I am given one on one, focused attention that I have not seen in other physio clinics. At Mountain Physio I also see Brennan Patrick for therapeutic massage who is just as skilled and knowledgeable as Jess and Meagan; he explains exactly what he is doing before he begins working on a new area with his firm but gentle massage techniques. Even the secretary, Sarah Custodio, at the front desk treats everyone who walks in with respect and is very efficient as she multi-tasks. This is the most organized and professional crew I've experienced in the several physio clinics I've been to over the years. And as personalities they are all actually friendly and kind. No wonder my auto insurance company recommended them. I'd give them 10 stars but the rating only goes to five.

Had used this place for physio approx 2 years ago and they were excellent . A couple of weeks ago I needed to start massage therapy for a neck injury and got nothing but a run around trying to simply book an appt . First time I called they told me that the massage therapist worked part time and would call me as soon as they were in to book an appt but waited a week later with no call back . Then I called again and left a message where they say it will be returned with in 24 hours but here we are a week later with no call . Maybe there is a change in staff in particular their receptionist but this was an extremely painful injury that I needed treatment asap and thought Hamilton physio was a place I could rely on . What ever the reason is I hope you guys correct it because for every customer you treat so poorly another 10 people will hear about it .Needless to say I will now do business elsewhere .
