I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly and energetic staff here. Sarah on the front desk is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Always a a smile. Guido is my therapist and I am so thankful to have him helping me to become healthier. He has a great spirit about him. So friendly and supportive and he always makes sure I'm doing my exercises properly to ensure my safety and proper form. This man is always upbeat and positive which makes for a pleasant treatment centre. It seems all the patients I've overheard seem to love this man as well. What a sign that was to make me feel so much better for choosing this rehab as my choice to receive medical service. I was seeking physiotherapist services after I started experiencing knee pain while running, and then a friend recommended me MedRehab Group. Sometimes the pain would be so bad that it would caused me to stop running and go back home limping. A proper diagnose, two physiotherapy sessions (with Nav) and a couple of physiotherapy massages (with Valerio) later I am back on the trail, running pain free for the first time in over a month. I do not consider myself as an athlete but running is my escape and it plays an essential role in my mental health. So I am truly thankful for their treatment and overjoyed with the results. Will finish by adding that every member of the staff I came across with was very thoughtful and made me feel comfortable.

Medrehab service is very friendly and still professional. They are so accommodating and flexible when booking appointments. That is why I've been going there for maybe 15 yrs or more. I have been to MedRehab for a back injury, then again for neck pain due to a car accident. I really like the staff there. They are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I have been to other physiotherapy clinics over the years and this by far is my favorite. No one is rushing you. Everyone has their own expertise and styles and ideas to help you recover from your injuries but together it works. They have a good team.

I have been coming here roughly for a month now. Having fibromyalgia and some degenerative disc issues was bad enough but after being rear-ended in a car accident it was time to start getting physio and feel better. I did some google searches and knowing Med-Rehab was in the same building as my Dr I decided this was the place to be. I'm glad that I decided to come here. The therapists don't make it feel all medical. They treat you like a person, not just a patient. I look forward to my twice weekly visits instead of dreading them

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The only reason I gave them a 4out of 5 is their lack of a swimming pool. I have injured almost everything in my body from motorcycle accidents, to car accidents and work r inelated injuries and I have been to 2 other clinics which both had better facilities, but, the care, exercise and rehabilitation that I recieved from Guido et Al excelled in comparison to both those places I rehabbed from 2 seperate accidents there and returned stronger than I was before. I continue to go there for massage Therapy with Valerio and I find him to be excellent as well. Go here. It's good for your health!

I have been going for a very painful debilitating frozen shoulder. My shoulder was so seized I couldn't work my arm to put my glasses on. After x-ray and ultrasound, to avoid surgery my Md recommended aggressive physio treatment. 4x weekly I have been receiving outstanding care. This knowledgeable and dedicated team really know their profession. In the past 6 weeks they have worked hard for me. They have given me the confidence and techniques to regain so much use. As a plus sized patient/client, I am always anxious when heading into spaces like this. I have had a lifetime of body shaming responses to injury and illness, where the only advice given is to lose weight. I am happy to say that this has not been my experience with MedRehab. From the initial assessment and through weeks of appointments, I have been met where I am in terms of fitness and ability. I have been treated with respect and dignity, with an emphasis on what proactive steps I can take to help my recovery. Not once have I been shamed or made to feel like "I brought this on myself" or has weight loss been suggested as a recovery plan, as has been the case for me with many past experiences. It has been such a safe space to seek recovery from my knee pain. They don't actively state that they use a HAES philosophy, but there definitely are elements of a HAES going on here. There are a couple of things to mention that have made me give 4 stars instead of 5. First, for the entire time I have been going here, which is at least a month now, the elevator has been out. I am going to physiotherapy due to knee issues, and having to use the stairs to the third floor is painful for me. It's getting better as I improve, but if your issue is mobility related, know that you need to will likely need climb stairs to the third floor. Second, one of the reasons I chose this clinic was because of the large number of positive google reviews. For me, I always assume google reviews are unsolicited and so when I see a business with a high number of reviews, I always assume it's because the clients are so happy with their experience that they are spontaneously moved to write a review. This clinic actively solicits google reviews. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, and I believe the positive reviews are truthful, as my experience has also been positive. However, if you, like me, use the sheer number of reviews as a metric, bear in mind that clients are actively solicited to write reviews.

They take the time to explain the process and are gentle during all treatment and exercises. Guido and his co workers are always happy and make going to physio fun! Absolutely amazing. The physio and chiro were great last year when I hurt my back, but the thing that keeps me coming back is the massage therapy. Val has unbelievable hands. It doesn't matter how tight I am when I walk in, I walk out feeling like I'm melting. I'm hooked.
