I went for my knee and Hip. After 5 visits I could move my hip with less pain! I have so much more range of movement and feel better. I know if I continue doing exercises the range will improve greatly, Exercise will always be the key to an active life. My knee is doing better also. Thanks to Stephen my Therapist and all of the employees at Lifemark who made it an enjoyable visit. I highly recommend Main and Kenilworth Lifemark Physio.

After experiencing a few years of sciatic pain that decreased my mobility and limited my capacity to do simple things like sit on the floor with my kids or stand for a long time, I FINALLY booked an appointment with Stefano. He was able to quickly diagnose that I was dealing with a slipped disc and explained some of the physiological causes of my sciatic pain. Each appointment, I was given exercises and practical strategies to get better and feel better. In a lot of ways, I feel like I have my body back. If you're experiencing pain, don't hesitate to book...I wish I had done this a long time ago.

Hands down the best physio therapy clinic. I was involved in a MVC 2 years ago and I could not have asked for a kinder, respectful, knowledgeable staff. I was initially referred in April 2016 for physio to recover from knee replacement surgery. Staff were friendly but held me accountable to get my exercises done and done thoroughly! I recovered exceptionally well! I just had my other knee done and of course returned to this clinic. What a wonderful surprise to see all the familiar staff faces and they remembered me!. When I commented I was told one staff had been there 40 years, another 20 years and the rest may years in between! This speaks volumes of any organization! They all are happy and helpful and I never have to wait for an appointment. I am delighted to be back and can't wait to get better as quickly as I did last year with their help and support! When I arrived I could barely move my right arm. The pain was almost unbearable. The staff took the time to assess and put together a plan for me. I was very impressed with the staff from day one. They clearly cared and went above and beyond making me comfortable and feel positive that I would get the results I hoped for by following their treatment plan. I have regained about 90% of the movement in my shoulder and have had no pain since the fourth visit. I have done physiotherapy several times at other facilities but never got the results I got with Lifemark. I want to thank the entire staff for taking such good care of me.

I was in a motor vehicle accident this past summer and required physiotherapy treatment when I was cleared to start using my arm again. This clinic was recommended to me and what an exceptional recommendation that was. My Physiotherapist, Stefano, has been imperative in my recovery. He has provided assessment, treatment and liaised/advocated with my insurance to help facilitate my recovery. Furthermore, the Kiniesologists (Owen, Jen, Mary Ann, Alex, Brier, Patty), Masseuse (Lori) and admin staff have been nothing but exceptional. The Kin's guide my treatment sessions and push me to achieve as much as I can in a safe manner. Not only for me, I see this for other patients in the gym as well. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, they treat you like family. The ultimate group of medical professionals in my opinion. If you require physiotherapy treatment I would highly recommend this clinic! Thank you all so much.

I first came to this Lifemark location following a Hip Replacement. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and have always managed to meet my needs when booking. From the reception to the physio staff everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and ready to provide support. The only downfall, if you can call it that, is that the physio area is very public and sometimes there is a short wait for a bed. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location and this team for any Physio needs.

I had knee replacement surgery recently, so physiotherapy was a must! I decided to try a new place for my physio and chose Lifemark on Main East, so glad I did! Right from the first phone call, to coming in for my appointments, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, all the way! They helped make me feel at ease, as they are not one of those "stuffy" clinics, but very down-to-earth, very knowledgable! They say hello, good morning, addressing me by name... they make you feel welcomed and comfortable! There is always someone there to assist, to review, to make sure you are utilizing your time to the fullest, yet NOT pushy! I drive so parking was great for me... it is FREE, it is accessible! I will have to have surgery once again in the new year and once again, ALL my physio needs will be met with Lifemark on Main Street and only with Lifemark on Main Street!

After my car accident, this place was recommended by my insurance company in order to assist in alleviating the pain in my right arm and shoulder area. From my initial assessment with Stefano to doing the exercises with Phillip and getting those wonderful, relaxing massages from Lori, all three of them were personable, knowledgeable and respectful and always were concerned with the level of pain, so I was given the best possible exercises and massages to specifically target the inured area. The entire staff at the clinic were always professional and willing to answer any question I had while I was filling out the forms, since this was my first time requiring physio. I would, one million percent, recommend this facility to anyone in need of physio for any minor injury. They're great. You will not regret it.

When I first stepped in I was sceptical coming in but when the receptionists helped me with WSIB claim and did all the talking and writing forms to the folks of WSIB . Then we started the physio stuff and they helped me learn all my exercises that needed to be done at home . The stuff are all very friendly and very cheerful. Everyone on staff is very friendly and personable I have had a few of the staff help me during appointments and every single one was a pleasant experience, the one day they were even short staffed and everyone was still very kind! There is a temperature check upon entry and masks are mandatory. They sanitize all impelents/areas as soon as you are done for the next person to use. They also make sure people are properly spaced out.

I was in a work related injury on May 10th of this year, fracturing three of my discs, and if it weren't for the staff at this establishment, I doubt I would have progressed the way I have. The journey to recovery has been as enjoyable as possible regardless of the pain. Whether it's the physiotherapists, kinesiologists or even the front counter receptionists, their positive attitude has been truly helpful and appreciated. I’m beyond grateful to have had them teach me how to rebuild my strength and show me how progress is in the small details, like when I upgrade my band color for more resistance. The first appointment people will be friendly and help you. After that you are all on your own. The front desk will be rude to you via phone and when you arrive. Your basically left on your own to do your physio. I constantly had to ask for help. Also, you can only go in when your physiotherapist is there (even though he or she may not even see you for your session) this made it hard to attend my treatments as I had work and needed something flexible. If your seriously injured please be kind to yourself and put your healing in someone’s hands who is actually hands on and can treat you calmly. Not someone looking for your money and will not be able to provide you with the time and especially with the front desk being rude to you and not returning your calls or emails and making mistakes and charging you and blaming it on you. I still have them a chance but the rudeness continued.

I had a car accident in August of 2019 and was referred to the Lifemark Physiotherapy Clinic at Main St East and Kenilworth. All of the staff right from the front of the house to the Therapy Clinic were very compassionate, understanding and helpful. They truly made a very uncomfortable situation tolerable. The care and empathy was definitely felt from the moment I arrived until my sessions were over. I hope nobody ever has to suffer pain and discomfort for any reason, but if you do, go to Lifemark Physiotherapy at Main St East and Kenilworth, you will not be sorry.

Unfortunately on my 4th visit. The facility was clearly over booked. At my scheduled appointment time, there were no beds available and I didn't receive any direction as to what to do or where to be. I attempted to find some familiar equipment but I was unsuccessful. I chose to leave. All previous visits were very good. Absolute nightmare dealing with this physio therapy clinic. I was rear-ended almost 2 years ago and of course the insurance companies have their "preferred" physiotherapy clinics which these guys fall under. I was handed a piece of paper with a few exercises each visit by a co-op student and then left for the duration of my session. Then for the last 15 minutes they would put the tens machine on me. Then charge anywhere from $100-200 per visit. My health insurance only covered a certain amount and the insurance was supposed to cover the rest but after a year and a half of not hearing anything they now want a couple hundred dollars out of my pocket. What an absolute joke. I wouldn't recommend or refer LifeMark to even my worst enemy. Save yourself a hassle and a bunch of money and go to a privately owned physio therapy clinic. If I could give 0 stars I would've. And their so called customer service team from head office is a rude inconsiderate woman who is only after money. Beware and stay away.

This is my second time here. Very friendly very careing. Was here 5 years ago after knee replacement. Came back now because of my rotator cuff. My husband went here 2 years ago after his accident. Would not go any place else. Best therapy place. This will be my second post. I had right knee replacement surgery in November 2020. Went to lifemark for physio. my third time there. I had Alex who had had three years ago for my shoulder. I have been to other places but I really like lifemark . My husband went there after his car accident . I have been there three times within 9 years. one for left knee then right shoulder then right knee.If I need any type of physio therapy ever again I am going back there. During covid thecstaff took care of making sure everything was cleaned after each use. Best place in town for physio.

For all your aching ailments LifeMark is the place for you! I have been going to LifeMark for many years now. I have had physio for hip bursitis, back issues and currently for tendonitis ( tennis elbow ). The staff, Pam, Shika, Tory, Nicole are all very knowledgeable, professional, caring and have a good sense of humour. Their number one priority is to set out a plan, which may combine several therapies such as physio, tens , ultrasound, massage etc. that works best for you in order to achieve results to improve your mobility, strength, pain and overall health. The icing on the cake; is having Laurie ( RMT ) give you a massage after physio. I cannot say enough for the wonderful service the staff at LifeMark provide. You won't be disappointed! :-))

The first time I had to have physiotherapy I chose Lifemark and was happy I did. I was in so much pain and on the nervous side due to I didn't know what to expect. My physiotherapist was Stefano, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the exercises I was going to be doing. The staff was very supportive and they encouraged me to push myself. Now I am back with a different injury and have Stefano to help me again and couldn't be more happy. I recomended this Lifemark to a co worker and she thanked me and was very happy with the staff. Sean, my physiotherapist, was wonderful. He was very encouraging and helpful. He never pressured but was always kind and respectful. He never made you feel bad if you didn't do your 'homework' but rather educated and inspired you to take control of your own health. Because of him I am determined to keep up my exercises for mobility. Also I wanted to add that Alex, who helped me with exercises, was also very lovely. She was so nice with everyone, very gentle and yet professional. She was always available if you had a question about an exercise. She patiently showed you again how to do it properly. I've had a few goes at physio in my lifetime and I have to say this place by far is one of the best. I highly recommend checking them out if you need a solid physio program. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. From the ladies at the front desk to all the people that work in the back, you won't find one bad seed. The facility is nice and big with lots of different exercise equipment. There are stations spread out around the room to help with the different parts of your body. They also have a small whirl pool like tub that you can stick your arm or leg in and let the jet work it's magic. I'm recovering from ankle surgery and they've been super instrumental in getting me back on my feet and walking. Thanks!!

I recently attended your clinic for twelve weekly treatments for frozen shoulder and other damage to both shoulders. From the front reception to the physiotherapist(s) I have nothing but praise and admiration for all the employees. Theresa Couroux - Majik Physiotherapy has help me with my arthritis, stiffness and pain in my joints. The winter months are very hard on me. Physio staff showed me exercises and used heat on my back. It was a 5 weeks program at 2 appointments per weeks. I now can do more and I feel better. I do not feel that I could have done what they did for me without help. Now, I can do these exercises at home to keep me moving with less pain, then I had. I would recommend going to Lifemark Physiotherapy Main East & Kenilworth or the closes one to you. I have been using Lifemark since they were located on Parkdale, about 15 - 20 years, for various injuries. Each time has been a pleasant experience. Some of the staff still work here! That has got to be a good sign. Even the WSIB doctor I visited was pleased and somewhat surprised at how well I am progressing from my recent injuries. I have/had a torn labrum, rotator cuff, multiple(10+)rib fractures, and a condition called snapping scapula. I recommend these guys to anyone. After enduring months of neck and head pain, my doctor suggested physiotherapy. I was very fortunate to meet Elena! She has been a godsend in slowly but surely working on strengthening my neck with a combination of stretches, exercises and manipulation. Since I seem to carry much of my stress and tension in my neck and shoulders, Elena suggested massage therapy with Lori - another amazing therapist who worked on my achy shoulders with heat and deep massage. This was my second time going to Lifemark Physiotherapy (Main East & Kenilworth and I gotta say, just as great as the first time! The first time I went there was when I was 15 and I worked with Pam mostly and such a delight she was; very thorough, lots of knowledge, and on point too with regards to what was best for me and my recovery for my back injury. I went there again last year, 25 at the time, and still, the same great place it was before and this time I mostly worked with Sean. Sean was also a delight, very thorough, on point and highly knowledgeable throughout my recovery process. Everyone else that worked there too were very helpful if you needed help with anything ???? 10/10 I would recommend anyone to go here. Their top priority is making sure patients get the best care possible. Stefano always ensures I am doing my exercises properly and without pain. It makes it very easy to be successful by having your exercises either printed or emailed to you. Staff ensure the safety of everyone by screening protocols prior to and upon entry. From day 1 I knew I was in good hands. They laid out a very in depth treatment plan that was night and day from an unnamed clinic I had been treated at before. Each session felt more like a great workout as opposed to a "typical treatment". My progress over 3 months has me almost back to the function level I was pre-injury (rotator cuff tear). I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is serious about recovery!
