Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Hope's assessment was bang on - she told me what issues I had BEFORE I brought them up (carple tunnel in my wrist - ankles had been previously broken and are weak etc.) And Kyle is amazing to work with. Really knowledgeable, friendly etc. Always goes above and beyond than just his job. Super easy billing - it goes right through my insurance, never had a problem.

Worst place i have ever brought my business too. Went it to get custom orthopedic shoes last year in summer just got them this week, thus year 2019 (months later) after going back and forth with them. One minute, its new staff. Kyle never seems to know what is going on with the staff as i had to repeatedly tell him information he should have already known only to sate the girl that used to work there Ashley disappeared on him. Should have been a red flag for me. 2) Trying put in a claim trough my insurance without providing a legit invoice. Insurance had to call me just to inquire what was going on as i had assumed they know how to provide and send invoices... clearly not!! The best part is once i received my "shoes" they weren't even shoes more like orthopedic feet sole. I legit thought it was April fools once i seen the nonsense that Kyle produced. So all in all, i will NEVER COME BACK nor recommend this place to anyone i care about. Kyle you need to do better with customer service and be aware whats happening in your work place. Utterly disappointing and waste of time. DONT get your shoes unless you trying to deal with the nonsense and stress.

Personalized service. Top notch, world class treatment. This place offers it all in a caring, and friendly setting. A special thank you to Rachelle for keeping me motivated. Together we came up with a recovery plan and exercises that kept me encouraged. She always explained the reasoning behind everything we did and was quick to make adjustments as needed. After a few sessions I felt amazing, lower back pain is gone and feel more energized! I highly recommend Karma Wellness!
