Wow they are not nice people if you dont agree with them ..the woman behind the main desk is not very nice threatened my doc appointment because i did not want to use there hand wash ..Darts drop me off for appointment early i walk with cane made me wait out side over 30 min then the women behind the desk got mad because i said no to there alcohol base hand wash .I never refused to wash my hands under the sink so now they made me fill small after she threten my appointment even the doc mr foster was not nice he gave me attitude over her and i went for help and they made me fill worse wow thanks

The team here is wonderful. Have always been greeted with enthusiasm. I’ve found it easy to park in the early morning hours of the day when dropping in to see my massage therapist. The inside is always clean and the people are Pro’s helping people recover or improve their overall health. If you need a spot to improve drop in here to see.

I've been a patient with this clinic for about a year. It was very highly recommended by a couple of trusted acquaintances, and I haven't felt the need to switch to another clinic. The physio staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. During quieter appointment times the conversation is friendly and entertaining. Exercises are clearly explained until understood and I wasn't overloaded with too many stretches/exercises too fast. There are also a number of other practitioners working out of the clinic, so it really is a one-stop location!

This place is great! The best physiotherapist in town! I love the atmosphere there. Everybody is always so nice. The physiotherapy really helped me to get back to a better state, after an accident. My friend recomendes me this place and he was right- it really is the best! :)

Ok so I went here for a knee brace got fitted. then never received the brace call got told I already had it. I assured them I hadn't got it they said they would look into it and call me back. They told me they had misplaced my knee brace and would call me when they found it. A few days later they called me and I went to pick up a knee brace from them. I still belive it isn't my knee brace as it has a different name on it but the hassle I had to go through with the company wasn't worth it as they still haven't corrected anything

Emil Pona is an excellent physiotherapist. He is always fully of energy and life and always very professional. Emil Pona is also highly trained and skilled and earned his Ph.D in physiotherapy. In 2018 Emil also earned his licence as an Osteopath. There is no better physiotherapist out there. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is serious about getting results. The staff are also very friendly and professional.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always find them to be upbeat which helps with the mental health of fighting back from an injury or physical ailment. The improvement that I see in myself since I have been coming here is immeasurable and I highly recommend them!

I Originally went to Advance Physio for knee problems. Emil Pona has always been Very Professional at his job. He is Highly Trained and Educated for what ever issue I am having. Emil is always in a Positive Mood and makes sure you are doing your exercises correctly. He makes sure that you are comfortable I would recommend this place for anyone that needs to have Physio.

Extremely unhappy. Never will go to this place again. Firstly, unsupervised exercises, 2 therapists looking after 8 beds. 90% of the time I was exercising by myself. I could have done this at home. Secondly, staff told me they will submit bills to my insurance provider but then forgot to submit some bills and now I have to pay for their mistake. Also, I asked after every visit if I owe them any money, hearing all the time "No" but still had to pay for 2 sessions out of my pocket. Very unprofessional.

The strength and improvement in my lower back from a work related injury is amazing over a short period of time. I have been taught how to use proper body mechanics, stretch the right muscles the right way, and feel well educated about how to prevent further injury. I listen closely when staff give me advice. They review my exercise routine to be sure I am working at maximum effort, but without pain. They are diligent and consistent with each client I have seen come in for treatment. Exercise and working out are not at the top of my 'fun' list, but I have been motivated to improve because of the care I get at Advanced ~ Thanks!
