I have only had 4 appointments with Pt health . I’m a very dissatisfied . How does. One hour appointment turn to two hours or more Without full treatment. On Friday my appointment went on time I received some treatment with hands on my neck all of 3 minutes then I received Acupuncture that should have been 20 minutes I was told . The therapist come back in 50 minutes saying I will be right back with the machine I call the Tens machine 10 minutes later back once on . I was told I will be right back with the heat 40 minutes later the therapist is back no heat and it’s over....Me thinking ok it’s Friday . I’m off there today Monday taken in on time hands on my neck all of 2 minutes then Acupuncture at 323the therapist is back at 355 takes the needles out says be right back comes back with the heat and I lay there with heat from 4pm until 440pm until I get up and leave this is not treatment . The ladies at the front desk are top notch and the therapist is very sweet but as far as I’m concerned it’s was a waste of time and money without any relief from the pain I’m in and with a medical ready to expire within a week. I was made to cancel my massage with your place in fair of bad treatment from what happened there today November 23/2020.

So disappointed with a recent phone call from the Gladstone staff. They are discharging me and I still need treatment. It was not my fault they didn't have a physiotherapist all summer. I had to Go without treatment. I can't receive treatment because they have call my insurance company. So annoyed!!!

Unmatched experience and while the visits don't always feel the nicest in the spine area ( to be expected lol ) he always makes it a great experience very charismatic and friendly really cares for his patients and is also available at pt health cole harbour. If anyone is looking for a place to go to heal their selves the PTHEALTH Gladstone is the place to go. PTHEALTH is the best physiotherapy place in HRM. The staffs there are just great. I have been there for more than 6 months, and look forward to going. It used to be that physiotherapy was a long dragged out process that you had to get through. I have been to several Physio places but none of them made you feel welcomed like PTHEALTH. The people there actually care about their patients. Every morning you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Kim and Nicole (reception area) and they would ask how your day was or weekend. Let me start with Victoria (Tori) she is the best physiotherapist I have ever had, I look forward to her helping me get back on my feet. Tori is a caring person and it shows in her work and how she works with you. Mathew is the Massage therapist and he does wonders for the body. By the time you leave Mathew you are so relaxed that you can’t help but be happy and smile. Mark is great with getting you to do your exercise, always gentle and helpful. Magdalena is the Occupational Therapist and she is great. Does not make you do more than you can handle and her English accent just soothes you. Vanessa is the phycologist and she also has a great disposition and is very easy to talk too. Susan is a therapist and she is great, when Tori’s busy Susan steps in a gives a hand. She is always smiling which makes you smile, and we call her the music lady. All of the staff at PtHealth Gladstone are the best. They make you feel welcomes and important, not just another patient, they make everyone feel special. They help you to work at your own pace, working with you to help you fell better. They never make you feel like you not healing fast enough, because they know everyone heals in their own time. Gladstone helps you to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally, now where can you get that all in one place. This is the perfect place to go for all your needs. There has never been a day in the 8 months that I haven’t seen a smile by all staff, and they are genuinely concerned about your health. If all PtHealth Centres across the country are like Gladstone then they have it made. I recommend PtHealth Gladstone to anyone who has had a slip and fall, car accident, work accident, arthritis, etc. and need therapy go to them, need a massage go to them, and they will treat you like family. I know once I have finished my therapy I will miss them dearly. PtHealth you’re the best and I would recommend you to anyone and everyone, which I have done. The folks at PT Health Gladstone are more like my family or friends than my healthcare providers. They have helped me many times when conventional medicine was not working. They take my problems seriously and try to find a way to help me get better. I love the slogan - "We help you get better and stay better," because that really feels like what we are working towards. I can't say enough good about all the providers I am treated by. It is a holistic approach and they are truly dedicated professionals. I recommend them to all my friends and colleagues, and I tell them that with treatment, things can really improve.

I was there I knew Ben Murray for year's he replaced Pat milroy due to an injury and had to go on disability. Pat was my Doc. It was clear that Ben could not help me because he's not very good. Although Pat was on disability he told me not to see Ben and he would continue helping me as I was helping him working with his clinic for years. Pat told me that 50% of his patents didn't ever come back after meeting Ben as he really inst anything like pat. He's just trying to make money off sick people eventually leaving pat's clinic and joining PT Health. I was being treated by pat the whole time he as on disability Then I had another accident and pat again had to help because there's no Doctor who could help after all I had been through. But when my lawyer tried to contact him for a report about my foot being broken in five place;s and crushed. Pat would not return my lawyer's call. He then started to slander me to other people to Ben and other health professionals. Pat Milroy committed Fraud helping me with an injury involving Police assaulting me and letting people run me down threaten me and my family... It was reported top police but they didn't even give me a accident report. I soon ended up in Ben's office and he was also being rude to me and didn't even realize he was supposed to help me. but he just talked about how Pat was in bad shape because of his divorce and couldn't talk to anyone.. Well he was trying top hide the fact that he did brake the law and Pat came to town got my lady to meet him and began to shoot me down to get my lady to turn on me. Because he committed Fraud and let me and my family be threatened and assaulted by this person and the police who assaulted me in 2013. Pat Milroy committed Fraud and tried to destroy me to hide it,.I'm gonna make sure that he pay's for it. I am the witness and soon hew will be answering for doing that to me as well as talking to Ben and destroying my attempt to get better because he might have to answer for committing Fraud. He collected over 5000.00 dollars a month and let me take the position I have had to take here today. That's Ben I did tell you that Pat would not help me. I didn't tell you why. as you know Ben Pat was on Disability and thats the only reason you know him. That what he did this to me and my family. Because he was committing Fraud. and now Ben your Part of it Because you had no right to talk about him to me or to my Girlfriend about it as she made a statement that my lawyer will be looking at sooner than later. That's why he told you to hurt me. That's why you thought you should join him eh and shoot off my my lady about me when we're paying to help us with injury's from car accidents.. CCMC will be in contact with you as well Ben.. Pats a Fraud and you tried to help his destroy me by shooting off you my girlfriend when she was paying to to help her with serious injury's... Time to wake up Ben... you do suck. Your position in not a platform to cause people trouble as I know that you knew that pat was on disability and are very well aware of what you were getting involved in. Ben Murray sucks! the truth is that most chiropractors suck~! but its because they book to many people in a day. Ask Ben ow many people he see's in a day. Then think about how much you paid him.. See "you got ripped off.. " Ben Murray Sucks and is probably gonna lose his licence anyway

the ptHealth and Wellness Centre on Gladstone is so conveniently located for me and it was so easy to make an appointment. I called Tuesday evening and was able to make an appointment for the following morning. The staff is attentive and supportive, and so easy to talk to. Wonderful, friendly and professional staff! The place is very clean, disinfectant and hand sanatizers everywhere, I went there for physiotherapy which was very helpful for pain relief and I also had a number of chiropractic sessions which felt like a magic touch! They are very knowledgeable in what they do, the chiropractor can even point out the exact pain spots in my back without me having to say anything! Great treatment over all, I highly recommend this clinic also it was always very easy to find free parking around the building. Thank you and will come back for sure when needed. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
