Honestly this is the best physio place around. I loved my time here and I’d still be receiving treatment here if it wasn’t for me moving. I miss everyone here so much. I’m currently receiving treatment In Calgary but I wish I could of took zoey with me ! I felt better every time I left here. I would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone needing physio or massage. Ally is amazing ! I love the receptionists. I always felt like family there. If I ever move home I will be back to continue my treatment if still needed. ♥️????

Kim went through the diagnosis and explained everthing to me in detail, then walked me through the treatment at just the right level of detail. Convenient with good parking. Friendly staff, and no waiting on the appointment times. Very happy that the approach (physio in my case) was pragmatic, and not oriented to expensive equipment or approaches. Fixed me up for SI Joint issues, and within a few weeks was good to go, with exercises to maintain on my own.

From the time the phone was answered to book an appointment (luckily I got it very quickly that same morning) to receiving treatment with Jennifer and her assistant (I forgot her name, sorry, maybe it was Brit or Brett I think???? )the empathy and caring kindness was felt .Every step was explained easily and very professionally to me before , during and after treatment. I was in a car accident in January. Looking for a physio therapist, I decided to contact one in my area. I reached out to Premium Health in February. I was met with caring and professional staff. My physio and massage and acupuncture treatment has made a big difference since January. Working and sleeping are much easier now. I am able to move with less pain and headaches now. Jeff and Greg were very professional, caring. Awesome guys! Their treatment and advise on at home treatment has done wonders. I continue them daily. I would highly recommend them for all therapy needs.

Sarah doesn't look like that picture She works very hard, has a great deal of empathy, and an extremely vast knowledge of how people and their bodies work. The time I spent with Sarah was great, everything we did was purposeful, relaxing and very effective. The pain I had when I started at pt Health, I was sort of resolved with the though of having to put up with it for a long time. Everyone that I met at pt Health were very efficient a thorough. I am very pleased to recommend pt Health and Sarah to anyone who needs to use the services of Physiotherapists. Use my name if you need to.

I am a unique patient where I have a fused left hip all my life. A few years ago I pulled a muscle in my "right" hip but no one could figure what was wrong. I went to Jennifer and she found out that it was the psoas muscle and she cured the problem. Then Jennifer went on maternity leave. I then started seeing Tara. Again with my body having to compensate because of the lack of a left hip I have a lot of spasms. Tara was able to deal with the back pains and other spasms in the "left" leg because of not being able to use these muscles properly. By the way Jennifer is now back working. I also used the physiotherapy when I was injured on a Halifax Transit Bus. pt health provides great service and I would recommend going there.

I went in for treatment for my knee and the services I get here go above and beyond the typical physio services - I get acupuncture, cupping, and additional pain treatments for my back pain. And that is just the awesome services I receive. The staff...I can't say enough about the staff. They go beyond just being nice and professional. They make you feel like you are coming to visit old friends. They know you, remember aspects of your life, really listen to your concerns and questions to come up with solutions that meet your needs personally.
