After a series of unfortunate events that included a motor vehicle accident totaling my SUV, I was injured & required ongoing physio treatment. I was referred to the Millcove Lifemark in Bedford and to lead physiotherapist, Yves Cormier. Not only was I in a lot of physical pain, but the accident itself created a lot of residual stress. I am no stranger to physio-related treatments as I also have a TMJ disorder, and I would say from the beginning Yves has been absolutely phenomenal in both his technical skills & depth of knowledge as a PT. His overall client service orientation, treatment and care to me has had all the impact on how I have been able to recover and move forward. Alongside Yves, I also worked with the Kinesiologist, Bishoy, who has worked jointly on my care program and been equally attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The admin management girls, notably Jillian & Ally, are super organized, proactive and always willing to be flexible with me on my appointments if it comes up. This is a superb & collaborative team and I will continue to go to this location.

I was treated at Lifemark physiotherapy for a span of 3 months after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. My experience there could not have been any better. Jillian at the desk was very accommodating at working with my schedule to book me in when it was most convenient for me I was treated by Yves, I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional yet still very friendly and easy to talk to. Vishoy the kinesiologist was also very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. Overall a great environment and awesome staff :)

Not only did she help make my daily life and job pain free, but she is great at explaining every exercise and procedure so that I understand what is causing my pain and how what we do in the clinic helps fix those issues. An amazing clinic with staff that show they truly care about getting you back on your feet and feeling 100%. I have been on a wcb claim with this clinic for the past year due to an ankle injury and thanks to the great work these people have done I’m basically back to waking like a normal person again. Dealing with them has been nothing but a pleasure regardless of the treatment or time. Would give 6 stars if it was an option.

I have been going to Lifemark Millcove for about 3 months now following a car accident. During such a stressful time I can't think of any other clinic that would take such good care of their clients as these people do. From the moment you walk in Kale greets you at the desk with a smile every time. Sam the physiotherapist has helped me with concussion symptoms with exercises I have found to help and is such a patient and helpful person. I also went to Connie for massage therapy. The massage was great I left feeling a lot better and you can tell she is passionate about her work . It is all around a very welcoming warm environment , the kind of place you want to be when your dealing with these kind of situations! Thanks guys :)

This clinic is awesome! My first time ever needing physio, I’m so glad I came here. The staff genuinely care about you, your well being and really wanna help you get back to your normal life. I’ve been going there for a month or so now for a back injury, and the treatment has been very helpful, as well as the advice from the staff about continuing to work with the injury. The care plans/exercises are great and personally planned with you at your pace to ensure you get well the fastest and best way possible. Service here is great, right from the warm welcome at the door. Physiotherapist Joni Snair genuinely cares for and about her clients. She used several appropriate exercises to help my back issue, recommended some I should use at home, while being careful not to overdo them. Joni gave me non-adhesive electrodes for my TENS device to avoid the allergic response I was experiencing. When it became clear I would not benefit further from twice weekly treatment, she suggested I discontinue or reduce my appointments to monthly. In response to my mentioning a recent incident unrelated to physiotherapy, Joni even measured my blood pressure and suggested I continue to monitor it until I can see my GP. Talk about going above and beyond duty to care for her patient!
