Very, very, very, VERY poor customer service. I called 6 days prior to my massage appointment to find out some information. I was asked to leave my name and number so they could get back to me. I waited 27 hours for a call back, with no call returned. I called, and received my information I needed. I went in for my appointment 5 days after I was talking to them on the phone to find out the massage therapist I was going to, no longer works there. No one called to tell me this, nor did they relay the message when I was talking to them 5 days earlier. I was given an excuse of "We tried to call all of her clients, but we did not get to you. We can schedule you in with another massage therapist for another day." VERY, VERY poor customer service. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend going to Key Physiotherapy for ANY appointments necessary.

Having received treatment before from Mark at Key Physiotherapy for a broken patella a few years ago, when I recently decided to seek physiotherapy for a tennis elbow in one arm, and golfer elbow on the other, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! The staff is as friendly as they come, top of the line equipment, and easy access & parking is a huge plus! Only Physio clinic in Halifax I’d recommend!

I feel lucky to have been a patient at Key Physio. I've known of my fallen arches for a long time, but Mark zeroed in on what was really going on with my feet and knees - plantar fasciitis and some inflammation around the knees. Mark treated me on the spot and I could feel a major difference in how my legs felt even before my second appointment two days later. A quick consult with Nikki (resident pedorthist at Body & Sole) led me to get some orthotics as well. Three weeks later, my legs, knees and feet feel great - back to normal. Had I not gone in I'd still be in pain and THAT is a painful thought to have. Thanks Key!

I like easy. This place is easy. I have a pain. They diagnose it, they treat it and the pain goes away. What else can you ask for? Great staff. Very friendly. But more importantly very informative. They know and have seen your issue before and they will treat it right. It’s the only place I go to now. And being an ex football player, I have been to many Physio places across the city. I was in a car accident back in Feb 2020. Pre covid. I could barely move. Mark and Ryan took care of me and my back and were patient and motivating and wanting to help you. And great to talk to about any issues or concerns I had. Who also kept motivating me while I was doing my strengthening with my back. Then Covid stuck shutting everything down. Once KEY opened again in June, I was back at it, however I was there to strengthen my back and get myself back to where I was before everything, or close to it as possible. I started working with Christine who helped give me the tools to get back what I lost and maybe a bit more. She pushed me to work through some of the hard times I had with the exercises and reach goals. As I progressed she had other exercises ready to test me. Some days I left sweating. I also want to thank Kayleigh. Who put up with me having to change appointments on short notice and working with me to get me back in ASAP. Today was ( I hope ) was my last day there. Without Mark/Ryan and Christine I'm not sure where I would be today. Even if it was a longer journey than expected. I can not recommend them enough or give them enough praise for helping me. This is place to go if you need help. They will do everything they can to get you up and going again. Thanks again for helping me.

I went to Key post motor vehicle accident. When I started I was maxed out on pain meds and was still not able to do my job at 100% . The were able to address the multiple injuries I sustained, and with the help of a occupational Therapist they got me functioning again. They worked through issues with my neck, back and shoulders as well as post-concussion issues as well. I can say enough about the team at Key. The accident took away a lot of my quality of life, and they have gotten me off meds and back to almost normal. My journey to recovery is not over, but I am sure the team at Key will get me there.

Years ago I suffered a career threatening injury. Misdiagnosed and therefore mistreated by the first physio place. Visited multiple others with no success. The first physio place actually made it worse. Out of options and after cortisone shots no longer worked, we were recommended to try Mark at Key Physio. What a godsend! I had hip replacement surgery over a year ago in which suffered recent pain 4 months ago. Went to Key Physiotherapy before the surgery and when I got this pain again last month . I am happy to say within the second treatment of laser therapy, and exercises, my pain has subsided greatly.
