I came into the office in August with a bad arm that was causing me a lot of pain. In subsequent visits they have helped me reduce that pain and increase the movement of my arm. Sanford there is great at what he does and I would recommend anyone not put off pain or discomfort but to go in for a visit.

I've been going to this physio clinic for a few months and the staff have been awesome! Jeff (PT) has a positive, professional manner that has helped me improve greatly. Without his expertise I feel I wouldn't be able to do my day to day and he has given me the tools I need to help me return to work. One of the reasons I chose this clinic was because it was a short distance from my home but now that I know the staff (Shawna, Jeff, Ryan and now Simone) I would travel out of my community to be their client. I highly recommend them if you need physiotherapy or massage.

Jeff was great, helped me get the use back in my ankle after surgery, easy to work with and provide lots of exercises to do at home. Hopefully I won't need to see him again, but if I do I be certain to request him. The clinic was very easy to arrange appointments at convenient times, handled all insurance paperwork, friendly staff.

I had my first appointment at EP Physiotherapy this evening and I don't think it could have gone better. The receptionist was funny, polite and very helpful. My physiotherapist was friendly and immediately put me at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

The Staff and Methods used at EP Physio, are well above par. The staff is friendly and helpful and they focus on the issues to get you to where you need to be. I have gone to many physio in the past and so far this location is one I will definitely keep a relationship with. My Physiotherapist is Jeff LeBlanc, he genuinely cares and works the areas causing the problem to give more mobility and lessen the pain/ache. I would recommend this location to everyone. The only reason I gave a 4 is because they only do the initial assessments during the day and I work days so I had to miss work to get them done. Other then that this place is highly rated.

I wish there were No Stars. The Treatment I received there today was Unbelievable. The Most Unprofessional Experience I have Ever Had. The New Physiotherapist (Red Head) was Insulting and verbally abusive. I had to make a Report to the College of Physiotherapists. Are they taught Respect for others in their Training? Wow!

They are such a great team. Knowledgeable and helpful. They integrate various health professionals to provide the best care possible. They pay attention to the patients needs and concerns and ensure you understand exactly what treatments you are receiving and how they help you, they provide education to ensure you have the tools needed to not only recover from your injury but prevent any in the future. Most importantly they are always good for a laugh and keep spirits high in the clinic...that is so important as a patient when we are feeling less than chipper! I started coming to EP Physiotherapy from CHP following massage therapist, Danielle Love. The location is convenient, clean and with excellent admin staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional and Danielle ensures a emjoyable experience each session. While I can only speak to the massage therapy aspect, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Reception is very good. Pleasant and helpful. I was a bit concerned at first about the young PT. My fears were put to rest right away. He took his time assessing my serious issue. Then diagnosed the problem. Manual manipulation was applied then he went through exercises for me to do at home. Like a lot of patients I’m busy and wasn’t as dedicated to the therapy so my issue has returned a little bit. Id better make an appointment with Jeff. Thank you EP PT. S. H.

From the first day I walked into EP Physiotherapy I was treated with great care. The staff is amazing.Makala greets you with a friendly hello and a smile. My physiotherapist, Jeff LeBlanc did a thorough assessment, started me on a program which brought forth amazing relief to what I thought was sciatica.The exercises he showed me were easy to do, and can be done at any time during the day. I am grateful to have this wonderful little location right down the road from me. I would highly recommend them.
