I had left knee pain from couple years. Tried physio treatment in Guelph from another locations but Pain was gone for temporary and came back. I went to Westwood Physiotherapy and discussed my problem. They gave me Physiotherapy and Chyropactor treatment for few weeks. Now my knee is totally fine. No more pain. The Chiropractor Sena Robinson is amazing. I admire her knowledge and expertise and great full to Westwood Physiotherapy for providing amaging treatments. Also massage therapy is really good. They always use the bed lining and towels ones for each person. I had bad experience from other massage therapy locations, they seems like change the bed lining once a day. So highly recommend Westwood Physiotherapy and Wellness Best service in Guelph.

Nadine is very knowledgeable and kind. I love how we also have such fun conversations while still working through tough knots of which I was coached on how to breathe through too. I’m not usually one to speak up for my needs (even when in pain) but Nadine made me feel safe enough to do so and is also very perceptive and checks in too so I never feel afraid to speak up because I’m not initiating all the time. Very pleased with my experience!

After a few short months of coming here (on recommendation from someone) this is the first person to fix me. But not only FIX me, but give me the tools to fix myself when issues flare up. I have been seeing chiros, osteo, massage, and they all work, but I would still wake up, and be stuck, unable to walk, or move in a certain way. Sandeep has worked through my 'brokenness' and pinpointed how/why, advised postural changes, gave me exercises and I've done everything she's said...and she's fixed me. Moving to Westwood Physiotherapy and Wellness has been an easy transition with my Therapist Mohan and Mona being there to welcome me. Westwood Physiotherapy and Wellness is a supportive and caring facility. Frontline staff are very welcoming and friendly. Covid protocols are in place, makes my partner and I feel very safe. My treatments are always really effective. Extra care was given today when I was feeling faint from personal stress. Mohan and Mona were very kind and supportive. I can’t wait to explore the other services offered at Westwood Physiotherapy and Wellness.

I can not say enough about this place. I am soooo thankful for Ginni (physiotherapist) I came to Westwood Physio February 8th/21 My body was one huge knot from shoulders to toes. I can honestly say .... I feel amazing and have my quality of life back!!! I have a ways to go yet... I have all the confidence in the world that I will get there under her care. The owner and all staff here are amazing!!! I am truly thankful to all. Heather ******* I highly recommend Dr Watkins. I have referred others, and they agree. All of the team at Westwood Physio are so very knowledgeable about injuries and can quickly set up treatment options. I started off with Sandeep, but went with Purnima when Sandeep was off. Both are excellent physios and use such a combination of healing tools and hands-on manipulation. Plus they provide take-home exercises for one to do on their own. The physio assistants are equally lovely especially Korina (sp?). I thank them so much for helping them treat the pain in my back, shoulders, neck and relief of a pinched radial nerve.

I didn't think it was possible that my old arthritic knee would ever feel better. I had tried physio before with no success. I was told to try Westwood Physio and Wellness & I met Sandeep. I have to say in a short time I am feeling SO MUCH better! Sandeep is awesome, knowledgeable and so friendly. Her entire team even the receptionists are helpful and so pleasant! I attended Westwood Physiotherapy for a peristent wrist problem I was dealing with and I had the very best experience I think I could have had at any physiotherapy clinic. The clinic is very clean and modern with the latest equipment. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had no trouble booking appointments and getting treated on time. The physiotherapist I had, Purnima, was extremey knowledgeable and patient with all the questions and concerns that I had. Over the course of about 7 sessions the issue I had was resolved just as Purnima had predicted. I am definitely satisfied with the decision I made to attend this clinic and wanted other people to know that are seeking out physiotherapy that this clinic is a good choice and you will likey see significant results in imporving your health. This environment and place has been very friendly, open and safe. Especially during COVID-19, they have implemented safe precautions. The place is very well kept and clean. The secretaries at the front are lovely and kind with providing services. I have experienced alot of back pain and tension in my body, but I have been seeing this talented massage therapist named Nadine. I highly recommend her because she is extremely knowledgeable. She has helped me alot mentally and physically with my well-being. She has been educating me on ways to improve my tension and pain, which I have been able to apply to my profession and life habits. I am extremely grateful for her and how much she has helped me improve myself.
