Excellent physio therapist nice friendly staff good prices for those not covered by insurance. Flexible hours available. All the staff has supported me thru my journey of recovery. I wouldn't be as physically and as emotionally well as where I am now.

One star if I could give one!!! I literally booked an appointment for 4:15 and guess what I came 5 minutes late because the place is impossible to find!!!!!!! Like. Literally impossible you have to go through washroom doors and passed the bathroom who knew bathrooms can be so long! Then I came late so they said oh you didn’t book and appointment so when a lady behind me came 15 minutes late she got to go in when I was 5 minutes late and there policy is if you come 15 minutes late the have to reschule but she got to go in and I couldn’t and horrible service lady at front desk was like you didn’t have an appointment checked oh you have to go home because we only have one physiotherapist in today and they said they will book another appointment but nope waited 20 minutes and they said oh they forgot like what I don’t recommend this place if you book your appointment make sure to record there voice saying you care otherwise they will have a huge fuss about it
