The staff at the front counter are warm and welcoming, and the physiotherapists we had (Caitlyn and Judy) were both great at their jobs. They made us feel comfortable, listened to our concerns and fixed my bad knees and shoulders, as well as my daughter's dance-injuries to her ankle. I recommend them 100%

I was having serious pain in my upper back and decided to go to South City Physio. I was very pleased by how friendly and knowledgeable Francine and her staff are. After the first treatment I was feeling better. They showed me stretches and exercises that I could do at home to help fix my problem. Within a couple of months the pain was completely gone!!! I would highly recommend South City Physio to anyone looking for a clinic.

I have seen a few different RMT over the years but since I injured my shoulder 2 years ago I have been coming here to see Christopher. He has helped so much. I have since moved out the city but travel back just to see him. I highly recommend him to anyone who asks where to get the best massage in Guelph!

Overall super disappointed did over 15 sessions and been almost a year since my injury with no luck or any help from their staff. In the beginning I asked if I should get another x-ray for my injury they said no and it's been now almost a year and my ankle is still swollen and has brusing.

I always hesitate before posting anything negative but it is important for others to be fully informed. I was a patient at this clinic and was completely misdiagnosed. I lived in chronic pain for months (during my maternity leave) all the while being fed a line that they could help me. After multiple unsuccessful treatments, my insurance coverage came to an end. Sadly, there was never any follow up from this office. I'm very thankful that I found a skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist who took a thorough history and promptly made the proper assessment of my condition. I am a professional myself and have always been completely baffled by this experience. There are physiotherapy clinics on every corner; I would highly suggest that you drive past this one. **Update** In an attempt to respond to my fair and honest review, client confidentiality has been breached--not for me, but for some unfortunate person. No medical clinic should be sharing ANY information about ANY patient. Thank goodness that the original post is not made under my actual name and therefore it's not surprising that none of the facts listed in the response are true or accurate. This combative response should raise yet another "red flag."

South City Physiotherapy was an awesome experience. I had a knee replacement in March and thanks to Caitlyn and Kelly I am now walking without a walker or cane. The were exceptionally nice and very patient with me. I pulled a muscle or a tendon while trying to do way more than I should have at home and that set me back a month, but they worked with me and got me walking pain free and that makes me VERY happy. The staff at the front desk are amazing as well. The always make patients feel very welcome. All in all, a great place to go when physiotherapy is needed!

Extremely good safe guards in place with covid checks at the door, clear entry and exit paths that keep clients safely distanced add to the comfort. I recommend South City Physio enthusiastically and without reservation. I am in my late 50's and came to South Physio with some long-standing challenges having had some disappointing physio experiences in the past. My physical challenges (and pain!) were having a big impact on my lifestyle and sense of well being. With their wonderful expertise, compassion and great good humour, Robyn Murray and Monique Muller at South City have guided me forward, helping me set mid-treatment and overall outcome goals, and keeping me motivated to do my part to overcome the challenges. I needed them to understand my outlook on physical health and its importance in my life. They have done so and been absolutely wonderful about it! In addition, their colleagues at the clinic -- including those who offer warm welcome when arriving for treatments or calling about appointments -- are a further strength and always very helpful. The whole experience at South City reflects a set of values that allows me to feel understood as a person (not just another 'case') and to receive the appropriate treatment with care and understanding. I'm an Reg'd Massage Therapist practicing in Guelph. For years before becoming a patient at Southcity Physio I had heard about this clinic from many of my own clients, always with rave reviews. So much so that I had to go check it out for myself! I can honestly say that whenever I've needed a tune up to keep me strong and able for my physically demanding work or have had to address any of my own injuries, I have felt confident of the care I would receive at Southcity Physio. I have recommended this clinic to many of my clients and am happy to say that I've received only positive feedback! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to receive treatment from a professional and caring staff in an environment that is warm and welcoming.

I would give 0 stars if I was able to. I was prescribed physio after my knee replacement surgery. It started out well. The head physio did an assessment and came up with a program. But when I started the program, the physio basically ran through a list of exercises to do, didn't touch me or even look at the knee. Walked me through them once. Then she gave me the sheets of exercises to do. That was it. Next session, same thing. I've developed an ankle issue on the same leg that was operated on. When I first mentioned it, she simply brushed me off. Next session, she told me that I'd have to go to my family doctor for a new prescription because OHIP wouldn't cover work on my ankle!!! What? Then she said she wasn't going to be giving me any more strengthening exercises. I still have 2 sessions left (out of 6). What would those be for?? I'd suggest you go to St. Joe's Hospital for physio. You have 12 sessions of treatment there and you actually work out in the sessions. I obviously chose the wrong physio centre. I do not recommend you go here.

Francine takes a whole body assessment into every meeting I have with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and forthright in sharing her tools and techniques to lessen my pain and increase my mobility.
