I'd have to say this is one of the best of the best clinics by far!! for all the times I've been coming here, I always have an amazing, fun, pleasant experience. Everyone is so helpful, kind, friendly and professional. I always feel completely satisfied, relaxed and relieved????‍♀️ great group of people here.. come check them out. Well worth the visit????????

I have visited many clinics in my past as an athlete and construction worker I've had many injuries requiring physiotherapy but by far Edinburgh physiotherapy was the most professional and skilled clinic I have ever been treated at. The staff are curtius,friendly and honest. Many other clinics try methods that often don't work so you keep having to go for more and more sessions, while at Edinburgh physiotherapy clinic their number one goal was my wellbeing and recovery. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Went here since my wrists and sternum were bothering me for a year. Got an appointment right away (even squeezed me into their busy schedule). Got to see the physiotherapist consistently for a couple of months. Each time taking the time to see how I was progressing or I if I wasn’t, gave me new things to try. The sessions were very quick but help as well! The secretary always tried to get an appointment to meet my work schedule and let me know when there was an opening for an earlier appointment. He also gave me extra tape for my wrists that helped a lot. Overall everyone is very helpful and kind and always willing to help even when I’m not at the clinic. Definitely a place to give a try if you live close to Stone Road Mall!

Started my visits there due to a hamstring injury. This is a well run organization, efficient, organized and punctual. I found the physiotherapists excellent... great communication skills. They listen and address your comments, explain the situation and provide the appropriate care. You leave knowing you are well looked after. I highly recommend their services in Guelph.

The staff is very patient and understanding. I have come here many times for multiple injuries, and they were nothing but professional. They have a great team. To elaborate a little bit more, I am wholly oblivious to myself and my surroundings, and hence why I have needed their physiotherapy as often as I did (and will in the future). The physiotherapist took the time to explain what the scale of pain from 1 to 10 means (which I have always struggled with because as injured as I have been, I have not had some more common injuries, so I have never known how to rank it), and even though business has been slow during COVID-19, they never pressured me to stay longer than I needed to, and for my own cases, found the true root of the problem, and got me out the door as soon as possible. I do not think I will move cities, but if I do I will definitely go out of my way to come back to this physiotherapy centre.

A fantastic experience with all members of the staff, from the doctors to the receptionists. Staff goes above and beyond, not only in treatment and care, but in helping to navigate the medical system for the uninitiated. I was recommended here for a workplace injury and they assisted me at every step of the process, making my recovery as quick and painless as possible. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Wonderful staff, excellent environment, clean and efficient clinic.
