I've been a patient of Pugi for help with TMJ, who helped me open my jaw after it permanently locked up last year, and this year I've been seeing Nikita for chronic hip pain. Very happy with both for their services. They are professional and friendly, and are always trying new things to help me. 10/10, I recommend all the time. They also direct bill.

I saw Nikita during my pregnancy & again after my car accident, there were times I had to bring the kids(1 which was newborn to months during my treatment) Shelley & Jody took the time to help with the kids & stayed on top of the customer service with other patients. I have had back pain for so many years I cannot even remember not being in pain . Pugi was able to stop the pain for the first time and also provide exercises that helped my back stay pain free . I have been a patient of JP since 2003 and absolutely love all the staff and wouldn’t trust anyone but Pugi with any injury. I have sent all my clients that I train and anyone that asks me for a recommendation for a therapist to ONLY Junction point. I have have finger cut off, bones broken, ligaments torn & completely ruptured and spine problems and he has fixed, corrected, and maintained 100 all of my injuries. He’s the only physiotherapist I trust with any injury for myself, my family, friends or clients. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, educated on new techniques, companionate, and CARE about getting you healed properly and listen to your NEEDS - not generalize based on case. I obstacle race around the world and Pugi took me from a 100% complete Plantar Fascias rupture (in a boot and crutches) to 8 weeks later racing in Montana where I qualified for Worlds and raced 3 months later for team canada. Another clinic in town told me I would never run again and In fact I would be in the boot for 6 months then could start physio. I was in the boot for 4 weeks with periods of it off and physio and home care and we made it to the qualifier race in Montana. I ran a 10k and a 21 k in 2 days. I also had my thumb cut off and re-attached and he had me healed in 5 months. I have sent stay at home moms to Crossfit games athletes to Junction Point. They are for every age, every injury.

Seeking help for back-pain, I scheduled an appointment at Junction Point Physical Therapy. However, due to absolutely abysmal customer service, which was quite frankly unsettling, I was unable to undergo treatment. This was due entirely to the front desk attendant who, in addition to being extremely rude and unprofessional, was grossly incompetent. Though I cannot speak for the quality of the technicians themselves, I will say this: If the front desk attendant is any indication of the caliber of worker employed there, it would be irresponsible for them to practice their skill.

The team at Junction Point are great. As soon as you walk in your greeted with a smiling face from Jodi (and Jasinda) Pugi is amazing and through physio I am able to stay mobile. Pugi is part of my health team that makes sure I stay on track and see progress. When Pugi is away they have other therapists on staff to look after clients. Nikita has been great too! I would definitely recommend both to anyone looking for physiotherapists.
