A parcel was delivered to my address today, and as to my understanding, the driver for Purolator in the grand falls windsor, nl area is to either knock or ring the door bell, and he did not do any of these. The parcel was soaked by the rain we had today. This is poor service and it looks bad for the Purolator business. The driver needs to be dealt with.

Horrible service. They never answer phone calls & two of my packages in the last month have stated “delayed in GFW due to weather” but the weather is perfect???? Impossible to get ahold of anybody!!

Impossible to get in contact with them for a delivery or pick up in the area. Have tried the number listed here multiple times and no one has ever answered.
