Always an excellent experience when I shop at Bogarts! Karen is usually my contact and she’s just a joy to shop with!! All the girls at the Grand Falls-Windsor store are excellent. Richard and AJ always go above and beyond for me! Love the whole experience and crew of Bogarts!

Wonderful service and customer friendly! Bought my wedding rings here and it was done with so much ease and relaxing setting. Patricia Whitehorne was my sales rep she answered all my questions and made the sale go so well . I would recommend Everyone to shop at Bogarts In Corner Brook !!

I am not very pleased with the experience I had yesterday with one of the sales lady you have there. I went in to only get a battery put in my watch and she told me that she wouldn't do it ,, So I questioned why cause it's only a battery. She told me that because it's the holidays they don't have time to do it. I noticed that there were 4 workers and only 2 customers so why couldn't she have taken the 5 minutes to give me a battery. I wasn't very pleased and you can consider your selves 1 customer less and trust me I will pass on the word about my bad experience.
