They are accommodating with appointments and if a situation arises that requires immediate attention, it will be addressed in a timely manner. I have had multiple shoulder injuries and issues with my right hip that was thought to require surgery. I worked with Jake Best to get my strength back and noticed improvements quickly. Jake has a high attention to detail that you seldom fine at the big physio brands whom main concern is # of clients per hour. Jake has done more training than most physiotherapists I have ever dealt with and he shows a level of compassion that's mostly lost in this industry. I've been going to see Jake best for awhile now and I could barely walk 6months ago had treatment at another place came across Jake never looked back he had me up and moving in a short time .I'm currently still coming here twice a week were working on my ankle I am now back to work full duties thanks to Jake he's amazing . Also Matt and Sarah williams worked on me too they are amazing chiropractics fixed me right up I feel great and in doing alot better then I was that's for sure .so if u want the best service in the city .I highly recommend williams chiropractic for all your needs physio/ chrio/reflexology/massage and other things.

I have been seeing both Jake and Matt for chronic hip and back pain for the past year and highly recommend their services. They work collaboratively to make sure their patients are getting the best outcomes and make sure you are leaving the clinic with your problem addressed. Clinically they are awesome, but they are also incredibly personable. They have a great sense of humour and are always up for conversation during my appointments. I have recently moved away from fredericton and I can honestly say that finding a new physio/chiro is one of the biggest downsides after working with this clinic.

Over the years, due to many injuries associated with sports, I have been treated by a lot of physiotherapist across Canada and in the United States and Jake is the best physiotherapist I have come across. He understands how the body is supposed to work and what needs to be done to get to the cause of the problem. Also, they do not double book or overlap clients so you don’t need to worry about them treating another client when you are there. The money you spend for your treatment is fully spent on healing you!
