I have been seeing Melissa Bungay Hibbs for Physio at Avalon Physiotherapy since August 2021. Melissa’s professionalism is exceptional. She is very attentive and practices from a client Centered perspective; A great listener who develops specialized treatment plans with the client/team based on individual need at the time. Not to mention a very supportive and approachable therapist who is a great advocate for her clients. Would highly recommend this clinic and therapist. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating in general. :)

I recently suffered a severe workplace injury which very easily could have cost me the use of my right foot. Being a delivery driver, this would have cost me my job!! Thanks to the staff of Avalon Physiotherapy, Melissa in particular, I was able to return to my work within 3 months of my injury. My physiotherapy is still ongoing, and I still have a way to go before I am 100% again, but I am by far in a better place relative to my injury. I really cannot express just how truly thankful I am.

My mother was involved in a fall at work causing her to have a broken arm. This place is very unprofessional and cancels within a half hour before her appointment this has been the 5th time that vicki has cancelled without reason. I'd reccomend any other worker. Susan is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello there, yes you. Just wanted to let you know that you ARE not alone. However you ARE taking the first steps at a better you. If you choose to continue reading ill explain my story and my road back to normality, which wouldn't have been possible without Victoria Ibson and the amazing staff at Avalon Physio. First off just as a little backstory. I was involved in a traffic accident that left me without the ability to even sit upright on my couch without the use of a plywood, heating pad and two many pillows to count. Every day tasks seemed impossible and the situation was looking more bleak as the days grew longer. I couldn't sleep without using a prop so that i could stay as still as possible until I managed to fall asleep. I also didn't, like most have a G.P. and was starting to feel lost. That's when I made the call to Avalon Physio that changed my world. So now that you know a little about me, allow me to tip my hat and give a honest and sincere thank you to Vickie and Evan. Without these amazing people the comforts in life I'm able to enjoy again wouldn't have been possible. There professionalism, Knowledge and extreme attention to every detail was noticeable from day one. There hard work, patience and ability to work with all different ages of people with varying levels of pain and discomfort is what makes this place and the people working within it so special. with the programs both Vicki and Evan have carefully and perfectly laid out helped me to regain my normality, my freedom. Not going to lie you do have to work hard to achieve success, its not an easy process, but with Avalon Physio and its amazing team in your corner you honestly do feel like the world can be yours again. I cant recommend this place enough. Thank you to you both and thank you to any employee at Avalon Physiotherapy that helped get me to where I am today. in closing now that I'm feeling more like myself with my time here winding down, I can honestly say I feel like I've maid lots of amazing memories, achieved my goals, I'm back on my feet and lastly but not least I've made some meet some awesome people.
