Physiomed Sherway has a fabulous staff, location, and office. I do come back time and again for the staff specifically. I have seen both of their chiropractors, the chiropodist, and both physiotherapists and have felt welcome and well-treated each time. The orthotics I’ve purchased have lasted years and I have even had them resurfaced! Claudia is friendly, easy to talk to, and good at what she does. I highly recommend these lovely people, their products, and their expertise!

The staff at Sherway is incredible!!! From the friendly greeting from Claudia to the expertise of Chi and Mike!!! You all have helped me so much in a short time. I never realized that for 25 years I was doing the wrong thing from previous therapy. In just a few months... I have regained a lot of my strength, reduced my daily pain incredibly! Seeing the relief in my knee and strengthening my leg and the back pain relief as well. All this short term pain is worth the relief I can see coming my way and return to a normal active self! You guys should be very very proud!!!! *******UPDATE******* Well guys, here i am in May, I just wanted to let you all know what an amazing job you did for me! I am mountain biking now... average 15 km a trip, next one planned is 25km and I'm playing sand volleyball again after many many years of missing the sport... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! One of the best places to go to. I love coming the advice i get while coming to see many of the doctors are amazing. You get an appointment fast. They care about you and want the best for you.. when i was at my wost with pain they got me back in shape so i was able to run my 1st 5k and on the road to doing my 1st 10k. The Physiotherapists here are great. Mike and Chi do a great job. The main issue with this place is the wait times. You need to book at least 2 weeks in advance for an Appt. If you are sore and need a session then you are out of luck. 4 stars if this was resolved.

BE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL! I was a customer for this place in 2015 and I was doing my treatment for chiropractor and physiotherapy. Everything was ok When I order orthotics they told me my insurance rejected the orthotics I believed them and don’t ask anymore after 2 months I got a statement from my insurance that showed they already paid ( $500 ) since 2016 I was asking for my orthotics or my money I didn’t get anything back until now. So ( BE CAREFUL and always check your insurance after each visit and make sure they charge for the right treatment NOT MORE THAN WHAT YOU GOT) I’ll not remove this comment until I get my stolen money back!!!

Ive been coming here for almost 5 years for a variety of treatments. In the beginning I noticed a high turnover in staff but lately it’s been very consistent, and the current stuff don’t disappoint and provide amazing care and service. Id highly recommend them especially if you have a WSIB claim, few places take those so it’s good to know they take them and continue to provide a high standard of service
