This is a great place to visit if you're experiencing any pain and mobility problems. I came here to address a lower leg injury and Natalia helped me understand the causes to my pain in addition to helping me recover back to 100%. All the staff that I met were very helpful and effective in aiding me during recovery. I highly recommend coming here.

I love them here two times I visit them hopefully more sometime if I have time off work I walk in there told them I walk intoed. They told me everything they can and show me all the exercises out there They take my foot size and all that too make a shoe pad for my foot so I can press down my foot the normal way I got my shoe pad in a week or less just as I was hoping I can’t thank them enough I walk normal now I can feel the difference really big difference thank you again and I will come again

I have been going to this Clinic for many years for many different ailments, & I have always found them to be very professional, well trained, & careing , & always very warm & welcoming , from the first staff member you meet at reception, right through. Which creates a very happy environment all around. The Clinic is always spotless & well maintained, which is important for all of us to know, in this world of Coved --19. & everyone is very careful wearing masks, & supplying all kinds of sanitizing products to help keep us all safe. I highly recommend this clinic for all your ailments, I'm quite sure you will find it to be a very comfortable & relaxing experience as I have.

I have been in this physiotherapy twice for three years, for two different reasons, and both times I was warmly welcomed and treated like a VIP. Everyone was nice, careful and attentive to my problems. They provided me with excellent service for fast and stable recovery. Alison and Brijya gave me exercises which I practice everyday, even after recovery. It is a special place. Here you receive help and understanding, like home. I am grateful to all staff of the physiotherapy for their work.

We have been going to the Etobicoke Physiotherapy Clinic for a massage and an adjustment. We found them not only pleasant to deal with but also the receptionist more than accommodating in arranging our appointments. She went out of her way to schedule appointments based on our needs and in one particular incident when we were in pain arranging for us to come in on a rush basis. She is extremely pleasant to deal with Paul is very sensitive and knowledgeable when it comes to the discomfort levels. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend their services to anyone. I had nothing but 100% positive experience. Don't let the "looks" of the place deceive you, as the place is kind of "old" (like the whole mall) and very inconspicuous. It is the service that matters and it is 100% professional. From Deidra the receptionist (nice, friendly, professional in processing claims !), Clover (physiotherapist) and Gail who guides me through exercises and applies other treatments. They are all very nice, caring and attentive to your problems. Did not met other staff, besides Helen who was filling in for Gail once - also very nice and knowledgeable. Recommendation : if you ever do physio with them - DO your exercises regularly at home. They REALLY are effective in recovery and the staff absolutely knows what kind you need.

Alison set me up for neck and back physiotherapy. She is gentle and instructed other staff to do the same. I went frequently until I learned how to help myself daily. I'm going to go back for Left Hip physio ASAP since my Surgery was May 27 th 2019. I trust in their knowledge and their ability to guide me in my exercise regime and speedy recovery. I was excited at the beginning, I thought it will be a good and serious place. But I got totally disapointed. They expend more time talking that the actual physoterapy. The asked me to lay down and the supposed to put a "hot" pad on my back, the pad was no even hot. Physo last no even 10 minutes. Most of the movements I did the by myself. I won't come back this places they were more worried about charging your insurance than actually provide you a good service. No good ar all
