First impression. The place was dirty and smelled funny. Not a great look for first time patients. I wasnt actually placed in a room until almost an hour past my appointment. When I was in the room my jacket was to heavy for the coatrack so the receptionist started pulling things out of my pocket. She could of asked me to. When the therapist came in he was professional. He explained everything well and I do plan on going back.

I have an old tear in the tendon at the right shoulder. Massage therapy provided by Mr. Babu helped a lot with my constant pain. I suffer from scoliosis too, so the deep tissue work and assisted stretching techniques are helping wit my constant pain. I find Mr. Babu very knowledgeable. I go almost every week and after my session, I feel much, much better. I'm recommending this center to anyone with pain and problems. Physiotherapy there is also very helpful, so in combination with both, I can do my daily routine pain free. Thank you for that :)

Extremely unprofessional booking service. I bought GroupOn and confimed appointment with manager Yesser 1 HOUR ahead. As I am on my way to Dundas location, I get call from employer saying she booked walk-in just before her manger told her and if I would like to book another time or day (without offering anything for the inconvenience). After expressing how upset I was at this level of professionalism, she said ok come. I said well now its awkward you wont give me 100% of the service now we've had this exchange (she was to administer the session). Without assuring my assumption was wrong (!), she says I cant force you. I said its not about force I have an appointment! At this point I just had to hang up. Instead of manager calling me, I call her and tell her what happened. She explains her side, then offers me 15 minutes extra after me telling her customers should be offered something for their incovenience(at which I laughed), she invited me to location 50 km away...I told her you may be a good person (she was trying to keep the sale) but this is ridiculous. Luckily enough I got to apply for refund through GroupOn. Hopefully it goes through. Invest in your booking system for God's sake....and show more professionalism and courtesy to the normal customer (especially first time comer who very well couldve become a regular).

I have been going to the Markland Wood location for over 5 months.I have received top notch treatment from the physiotherapist, Dhanya. She has worked with me to assess and provide a personalized treatment plan. Dhanya is sensitive to my pain and works on improving my functionalty and overall recovery. I highly recommend El Rapha Rehab Centre. My whole family has used the physiotherapy services for various reasons and we cannot be more thankful and happy. Dhania is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has helped my son recover from an ACL knee surgery. She is very approachable, caring and welcoming. My son says she has made his treatment sessions quite tolerable, even when they were very painful. The whole staff at El Rapha are nice and extremely patient-oriented.
