One of the best experiences with physio I’ve had. Staff is extremely friendly and flexible with your schedule. Went in a couple of times over two weeks for my ankle and it felt like brand new afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Exactly 4 weeks ago I was in excruciating discomfort and arthritic pain that flared after an acute whiplash. I was referred by family physician to "Diligent Physio & Sports Clinic" and to my great success, pain ratio was at 10 and just after 4 visit, pain ratio is now a 2. Extremely thankful for the professional and compassionate care service received from front desk assistant to attending Therapists. I'm very very pleased at recovery turnaround time. Well done All!

it was nice services earlier. but now it is not good at all .cleanliness is very poor. it had to be high standard of cleanliness due to health treatment. front staff is very inexperienced. it took them few moths to summit my insurance bills to company. still not received by the company. i have to idea how they run this business.

If you are in need of care, do not come to this facility. When I first was given treatment, the staff didn’t not explain in detail what was the cause of my pain, rather, just went straight to treatment. When I was done with my treatment, I felt worse then when I came in. Additionally, I went to this clinic because of their “student discount” but later found out that they had charged me with the regular amount. When I called them about the situation, they said they would call back, yet they never did. I ain’t ever feel the need to write a bad review but this place just that incompetent.

we have been coming to Kawaldeep for many years now, anywhere she goes, we like to follow. her hands are like they have magic in them, she is able to identify the underlying cause of any physical problem by simply putting hands on. she is very educated all around, and has diverse practical experience treating patients ranging from athletic injury to regular day to day living injuries. she takes her time, and ensures no detail is missed, and she takes pride in a job well done. her staff seems hand selected as they all have similar qualities in both treatment and hospitality while at the clinic. Kawaldeep takes the time to ensure her patients are fully aware of everything regarding their physical health, understanding what it is going to take to get better, what is in her hands and what is beyond her scope, and the reason and logic behind every aspect of your treatment plan. i would recommend diligent physio to anybody who is tired of looking for the perfect physio experience, because Kawaldeep is all of that in one.

The Physiotherapist Doctor is very polite and very helpful. She fixes the problem in just few sessions! Front desk staff is also very helpful!!! Also the precaution taken by them is appreciable. Safe to visit during times like COVID.
