Nicole provided excellent service for my first pelvic floor physiotherapy experience. The online pre-questionnaire provided the chance to fully explain where I am. Parking and finding the building she is in was easy. Her office is clean and warm (as to be expected, but still confirming!). Nicole listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions and took notes, overall giving me confidence in her intelligence, training and expertise. The overall experience was so positive for something that might seem awkward or embarrassing to the inexperienced (as I was). I left the appointment feeling empowered for having put my health and well-being at the top of my list. She even sent a followup recommendation for a Home Program. I now consider Nicole to be a valuable member of my health care team and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her practice.
