Everyone here is super pleasant, and attentive to my needs. The highlight of my day is coming here. With no ceiling, each business acts like cubicles in this large building. The main hall attaching each office has trees growing, visible in at least the physiotherapy office. The skylights help let in so much natural light. Combined with the natural wood ceiling, I'm left feeling like I'm at a day spa!

Went for treatment today, I put on a brand new mask upon entering and was told that I would have to remove it and don one of their masks which i noticed were improperly stored so I refused. The management informed me that they would be refusing me medical attention on the grounds that they have an arrangement with AHS in which they get to continue operating even if they have an exposure to Covid 19 so long as they make patients wear their provided ppe. Lifemark has no problem staying open if exposed nor do they have a problem refusing medical attention to those that need it. Be aware that you could be walking into a facility that has recently been exposed to Covid-19 and is irresponsible enough to stay open so as to endanger their patients. I recorded my conversation with them today and I took pictures of their poorly stored ppe, I will be pursuing this further and updating my review as needed. Why would I want to wear a mask that is stored in an open box near the public in a place that doesn't quarentine when exposed to dangerous viruses?

I love this place! My son hurt his hip flexor and was seen by Dr. Randy Greg. After a very thorough exam with many questions he was given a requisition for some physio. We visited Lifemark (in the same building) and the staff were amazing. The place is clean and well kept and all their staff are very knowledgeable. My son was seen by Nicole and she was patient, friendly and very smart. She was also willing to listen to all our questions and concerns and never made us feel rushed or simply like “another patient”. We always left knowing more and looking forward to our next visit. I've only had one other 'physio experience' and it wasn't positive. I recently developed a knee issue and needed physio to correct so I put in some time and research and decided to try Lifemark Physio at Mira Centre. I made an appointment with Julie S based on my schedule and but now consider myself beyond fortunate as I am convinced I could not have done better! In my opinion, she's exceptional at what she does and I'm thankful for her incredibly professional, thorough and informative care. I have nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation for her and highly recommend her! My only concern is that she would move or somehow become unavailable for me to go to for my physio! ;-)

Hope you never have to go here! But if you do, you are in great hands! Thanks to Julie and every staff member there. Although parking here is pay, there is limited free parking on the east and west side of the building on the road, but pay parking is pretty cheap, I think $2 an hour and a few free 30 minute stalls as well.

Had an appointment booked with a doctor. The staff called me to tell me there was a “scheduling conflict” and that I would be called to rebook sometime in may. This was a straight up lie. What actually happened was one of their staff tested positive for COVID-19. So rather than admit it and say “Unfortunately we had a positive covid test here so for your and everyone’s safety, as a precaution we would like to rebook you” they tried to claim the doctor made an error. I would have been fine if they just gave an honest and trustworthy answer, but now I doubt the staff.

I injured my knee in July 2020 and have been seeing Dr Gregg since for regular checkups. Initial impression of the Dr was good. Very abrupt and quick talking not leaving much room to speak yourself and when you do you are usually cut off. I know he is a busy doctor and chalked it up to that and thus far had no complaints because he is very knowledgeable. Initial diagnosis was a complete tear of MCL and level 2 ACL. I was sent for an MRI and it confirmed a Level 2 MCL and Level 1 ACL. He has advised against surgery many times in each subsequent visit and I have been doing rehab since personally as well as seeing the physiotherapist at initial injury. My injury has been healing and I'm thrilled about the progress, however I am giving this rating/review today based on my appts since the MRI. I was cleared for no surgery the day I had my results and since then he has brought up I may still need it which has left me confused. This mornings regular checkup appointment left me baffled and stunned. It was my six month check up post injury and the nurse came in and did a preliminary check to see how it was doing and I explained I had fallen skating last week and it was acting up again. Dr gregg came in with a student and started talking about an injury that was six weeks old. When I corrected him it was last July he said very harshly "I know I reviewed the chart". I was a bit shocked of the rough tone and then remained quiet for the remainder of the appt where he then went on to tell me I don't need an MRI and that I don't have any tears. I didn't attempt to correct him that I had already had the MRI and was in fact diagnosed to have a tear in my MCL and ACL in worry he would snap again. I also didn't want to correct him in front of the student. Overall it was very unprofessional and I left feeling so confused and shocked and want to speak to my family doctor about seeing a different professional for my knee injury as I have lost all trust in this doctor.

Jason is exemplary and in my view one of Edmonton's best professional for taking care of injuries. Excellent attention paid to my Right shoulder rotator cuff work related injury as well as attending to long standing back and knee issues. Jason and Dee make a great team and it is always a pleasure to go in for a session and to be treated warmly and with respect. I was in severe pain in my right thumb which had locked and had been given previous cortesione shots by another GP. I was referred for surgery. I was extremely hesitant and decided to get a second opinion when I went to Dr. Greg, and he administered treatment. I've had longterm issues with my back due to an injury. Most doctors and medical staff in Alberta assume I'm Aboriginal due to my features, and automatically assume I'm some kind of junkie. My wife is Cree and gets the same treatment, despite being a hardworking & clean woman her entire life. Dawn and Dr. Gregg have accomplished more in less 2 months, than any of the useless and ignorant people I've had to deal with for 5 years. So if you are anything like me, frustrated with a failed medical system, there is still hope out there. Try these guys out, have a little patience, put in the hard work on your end, and you should come out ok. Kudos to the ladies at the front as well, always helpful & patient.

I booked an appointment on Wednesday as i had this upper back injury, the receptionist told me that it will be tomorrow @11:30 ( tomorrow as in Thursday @11:30 ). I was little relieved as this pain was severe and this was the closest appointment i got and i booked in. Then i filled out the forms which was sent over my phone number, the email id she wrote was wrong hence i never received the confirmation email. Today after filling out that form and when i checked in the box that i want to receive confirmations by email, i got message that i booked an appointment for Friday, which i never did. I already made my day available by cancelling everything for this appointment. My upper back badly got injured in the Gym, i was in pain whole night and today when i was suppose to see therapist, i am not. Why would i ever book 2 days later appointment, when i can call around all the life marks and get the nearest appointment i can. After calling in today with the issue, same receptionist picked up and said to my face as in she does not care but she cannot do anything for me. That is completely unacceptable. My doctor recommended me to this Life mark institute and i quite heard a good terms for the clinic therapists as well, but just because of this thing i have to suffer more days, dont know how many as there is weekend upfront. i am looking forward to hear back regarding this issue please

Three years ago, my left ear started to ring, the back of my head started to be extremely painful, piercing jabbing headaches, nausea and vertigo became a large part of my life. I made a few trips to emergency as I would become totally dehydrated and exhausted. I saw my family doctor who looked into my ears and said there was nothing wrong and nine months later after my constant plea that there was something wrong, he sent me to an ENT. The ENT checked my ears sent me to the U of A for tests and when they came back, he called me in and said there was nothing wrong, however, I seemed a bit high strung about it so he gave me a prescription for Adavan, which I did not take. I was so desperate to be normal again and heard of Life Mark so gave them a call and was shocked to find that the people at the front desk took me so seriously I had an appointment with Julie that same day. For about a year and a half I saw Julie and Dawn and when all seemed to be heading in the right direction, I saw Adam for acupuncture. My symptoms settled down and the sun shone again. After a year of pretty much symptom free I had another extreme attack of vertigo and nausea and ended up at emergency again. Blood was perfect, heart was perfect so the only thing they could suggest is go back to my doctor. This time the condition lasted for four weeks and I lost way too much weight and had no energy, never mind what constant vertigo does to your mind and confidence. I went back to see my doctor and experienced a full-blown attack in his office and when this happened, he realized they was certainly something wrong so sent me to the RAH emergency to get a CAT scan, blood taken etc. Doctors there, as they are only to treat emerg stuff, said they would write a letter to the ENT I had previously seen to re-evaluate. They called it emergency appointment and also contacted my doctor. Well, the emergency appointment was booked for 2 months down the road and I could not see myself lasting with this condition for eight more weeks, so I reached back out to Life Mark and was amazed at how they treated me. They listened, acknowledged my feelings and concern and said they would get back to me as all their physiotherapists were booked for the next week or so. An hour later I had an appointment the next day with Craig. They had moved appointments around in order to accommodate me. Craig has been unbelievable as he did a very concise evaluation of me and my symptoms, and started therapy immediately. I have seen Craig three times and the second time I was still dizzy and by the third visit I was feeling forever better, still work to do but so much better. Craig has given me a routine to work on and follow and I can’t thank him enough as I feel I am on the right road………….I would recommend Life Mark to anyone and have done so because the entire staff from front desk to therapists all have your best interest in mind. They are so professional and so very kind and understanding it makes my head spin (pun).

Lifemark staff are very friendly and attentive, but Cregg Webber is THE reason to go here. Cregg is extremely knowledgeable, has a great "bedside personality", and has been a true miracle worker as far as I'm concerned. He resolved a pinched nerve issue in my neck that no one else could even begin to manage and is now helping me through post-heart attack issues that neither the cardiology team nor my GP could figure out. I have seen Dr Gregg for my ankle injury and after he spent the least time and diagnosis he concluded some maybe this and maybe that for an ankle injury that was going on for three years. The worse part was when I asked if I can get MRI to be sure what is going with my ankle and reply straight NO because MRI is too expensive and costs $800 to the system but he forgot or ignored that iam a tax payer. Here is the worst part, he recommended me to pay and get orthotics and pay $450. This was the worst experience in any clinic I have been to in Edmontom

Best care with the most amazing staff. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and available to help with whatever you might need. The physiotherapists are extremely skilled and yes, they will hurt you; but you will love them for it. Not only have they helped me to recover from a car collision, they also gave me treatments for my fibromyalgia and jaw pain. All the staff are amazing but Julie is definitely the lady that you won't regret seeing. Well.... you might during treatment.... but you'll love her afterwards when the pain is gone!

He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field, takes the time to explain all options that are available, and is open to redirecting the course of treatment at anytime, if he feels there is an alternative solution that is better suited to you. He is determined to help you get back to 100% health, and has the patient's best interest at heart. When you walk into the clinic, there are 2 or 3 friendly reception staff who always greet you with a smile. Cregg Webber is truly amazing. He is caring and compassionate as well as very experienced and knowledgeable . He knew right away something was wrong with my shoulder and provided me with options and steps to take in the healing and strengthening process. Before and after surgery, Cregg provides great advice, exercises to work on and pushes my range of motion in a positive and healing direction. He is truly one of a kind. If for some reason he is a bit busy with another patient, another great physiotherapist steps in to assist. The front staff are positive, friendly and inviting with an old industrial feeling, to the building, once inside. Best part are definitely the physiotherapist tho! They know there craft better then any other physio I've encountered in the past and they care about getting you back to your pre injured state. Cregg has been able to treat me to the point where I can return to work and enjoy my life pain free after a car accident caused me not to be able to move my legs resulting in major back surgery.

The front staff where the only professional and caring staff I saw in the clinic during my son's appointment. Some person came in to the clinic room without identifying his discipline and Dr.Randy Cregg just disregarded the MRI proof of my son's ruptured ligament. I have not found any evidence that states a ruptured ligament repairs itself, yet Dr. Cregg gave narcotics and different measures for my son without progress. My son needs urgent surgery to repair this damage and Dr. Cregg said his associates would not perform the surgery. Dr.Cregg was dismissive and rude towards the urgency of this for my son

Dont waste your time here. My referral sat on their desk for over a year with no attempt to even contact me until I reached out. Then the appointment with So called Dr. Gregg, or Cregg, whatever his name was horrible right from the beginning. He was rude and arrogant and did not care to hear a word I had to say. He even got mad and raised his voice at me for trying to explain to him what is really gling on. He is very lucky I was able to holdy temper or the doc would have needed a doc. DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.

Where to begin.. The front desk staff are not only nice and friendly but they are very professional, welcoming and eager to jump and assist where they can and this is only 10ft in the door. Dr Gregg I have seen now multiple times for my sports injuries. Dr Gregg is great, knowledgeable and understanding. He’s able to explain everything in detail and make sure you understand it too. He doesn’t leave you confused. I have been seeing Jason over on the Physiotherapy side since I ruptured my ACL and tore my meniscus in January 2020. Jason has been helping me tremendously with all the rehab we have done thus far preparing for my surgery. This is just the beginning and recovery is a long process and you can definitely bank on me doing all of my rehab at this clinic with Jason. Only downside is the wait time for surgery but that’s pretty much anywhere unless you’re urgent. Other than that, no complaints and definitely recommend this clinic!

Five stars is not enough to express how pleased I am with the service and care I have received from Lifemark over the past four months while under their care. I have a very serious underlying health condition which leaves me particularly vulnerable if I were to contract COVID, as such, I was extremely anxious about having to undergo treatment for my MVA. However, due to treatment protocols I had to get treatment within the time limits prescribed. From the moment I entered the facility I immediately admired their safety protocols for screening, personal protective equipment, social distancing and sanitizing. With my profession I provide guidance for facilities on how to follow AHS health orders to ensure safety to the highest degree; Lifemark continually exceeds those standards. I felt comfortable entering the facility knowing that they consistently followed these protocols. As for my treatment, my therapist Dawn Pauls was exemplary. I had reservations about physio from past experience at other clinics where I found little relief after multiple treatments. Dawn was amazing at diagnosing and treating my injuries; she kept me motivated to do the work at home to speed up my recovery. I was given options for treatment to ensure I was comfortable with each procedure which is really important to me. Dawn is such a pleasure to talk with, my visits would flash by in no time. All the staff at the clinic are always outgoing, caring and compassionate. I was greeted with friendly smiles each time I visited. Because of their strict and consistent adherence to their safety protocols I felt safe and comfortable each time I visited. I recommend this clinic to friends and family; they are the best. Thank you very much Dawn and her team, I am so grateful.

I sure the staff are great and I was just the odd one out on a bad day. I came into Lifemark after a knee operation. Waited 20 mins after my appointment time, which normally wouldn’t be too bad but I had other things scheduled that day. As someone who suffers from extreme social anxiety physio therapy can be really emotionally draining. I expressed this concern with the therapist before beginning, and she pretended nothing was happening. She seemed smart but absolutely no social skills. After expressing concern that I was not comfortable with an exercise she didn’t care and said that I had to do it. Went to a different place and my new physio told me that was absolutely not the case. Will never be coming back, very disappointed considering the other reviews.

Worst reception service, i went here a month ago, got a physiotherapist treatment, concussion assessment and psychologist assessment, they charged and gave my bill after a month, even though I ask them how many times if it’s covered my accident insurance and they said yes. And when I’m asking them my records they said they can’t give it to me. Don’t come here, they will ripped you off.
