Every time I stepped into the door, staff is very polite and friendly welcome. I really honor to have Kelsea, Melissa, Nelson’s treatments...they are very professional and experienced, kind and patient, always willing to help and put so much time and effort to fixed my neck, shoulders, numbness of arm and TMJ...without any complain! Great team, great service and very professional. I definitely recommend for anyone who needs a good physiotherapist to Namao-Innovation Physical Therapy. Was just contacted because of a missed appontment and would be charged 50 dollars for the missed appointment. I explained that the reason why I missed the appointment is because I was not feeling well and literally have had little sleep due to recently having our second born child. I simply forgot the appointment, but the receptionist I spoke to absolutely had no compassion and simply treated it as a to bad so sad situation. Holiday season or not respect and compassion should be a basic business practice. Will not be doing business here any further

I was treated by Kamal at the Riverbend office for a knee MCL issue. He was very professional and considerate in ensuring the treatments I received started off at the right level and increased in intensity at an appropriate frequency. He also offered many do-at-home ideas and suggestions. The front desk staff were always kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend Kamal and the Riverbend office to others.

My mom began her physio here not even a month ago and she loves it. The people are extremely friendly, understanding, and commodating. They take customer service to a new level. They know their patients as soon as they come in the door. I tried their massage service and it was completely amazing. Super relaxing and the message therapist was extremely kind. I always look forward to coming into physio because I know that Rutt (my therapist) is going to get me on track with quick recovery. I was broken and she really fixed me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They check up on you after your visit. If your thinking about coming? You should! And you need to speak with Gugan Dakshnamurthy!!! Take it from me; they are proficient in the area of helping your body heal. I was in a horrible car accident in Aug of 2019, and I started off going to a physio clinic that my insurance company sent me to, and honestly, I didn't think I was going to get better. I joined Innovation in May of 2020, And long story short, today marks Oct 2020, and I've been discharged, and I feel great, and I'm back to all my regular activities. Thank you again... ????

My physio sessions with Rut have been nothing but enjoyable and rewarding. By the end of my session, I feel my recovery is 110%. She listens, communicates and recommends exercises that suit my issues, but mostly, provide challenges as my injuries improve (which I LIKE!). With her caring and humorous nature, it made the progression easier and less painful. I felt going to my physio sessions were never a chore, but another day to further strengthen my injuries with a great physio therapist! Trevor, who is my father's physiotherapist, is equally great! He is very thorough with his assessments to ensure proper exercises are considered. Also, like Rut, he provides challenges to his patients as their injuries improve. He communicates well and provides great care to each patient. I highly recommend both as they are patient people whose main goal is to provide the best care to each of their patients. Karolyne is a FANTASTIC massage therapist. I am very particular when it comes to this and her skills are perfect! She is easy to communicate with and her caring demeanor comes naturally to her. She is definitely a massage therapist one should not pass on! As for the two wonderful ladies at the front, they deserve a reward! They are the ones who maintain a great atmosphere from beginning to end. Not only do they provide great customer service, they also hold things in place to help the business run smoothly while the therapists works away. They definitely make a difference with their charming smiles. Also, let's not forget the well maintained exercise facility that I believe is great. It has everything the physio therapist needs to accommodate exercises for their patients. Most importantly, there is an abundance of natural lighting that provides a calming effect for both the staff and patients. Overall, this is a great location with wonderful and caring staff, who wants nothing but the best for each other and for every client that comes through the door.

I see Nelson for Physiotherapy. I find him very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I find whenever I have an ailment he is able to fix my issues. I always end up leaving treatment feeling so much better. I like that he takes the time to explain the treatment. I really like his approach to treatment by using a variety of techniques including massage, manipulations, modalities, exercises, and needling or acupuncture. I find this is the best approach in treatment. I have seen a number of physiotherapists, but I haven’t found the relief I get from Nelson using his multi techniques approach. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Rut is an excellent Physio therapist and I would like to express that I am more then happy with her approach and help with my recovery. I am still having physio and will always choose her; although, two years ago Rut was helping me with similar problem and I was more than happy with her approach, combination physio,massage therapy and exercise that she gave me to do at home. At that time I was going to the swimming pool as well, sauna. My sister was helping me to put my socks on. Rut, thank you for all hard work that you do, finding those "funny" spots,( pain related spots ).

Excellent facility. I would recommend to all, I am being treated by Brian and have had the best results in 2 years. He immediately established my problem areas, whereas prior physio has not. He is a great guy, very conversive and genuinely likes his job. Everytime I talk to him or he speaks with anyone else he is extremely friendly and engaging. The reception is also very friendly.

Where were you yesterday? Where were you two years ago? To this day, two years ago, I was visiting family friends to share in their joy of "country living".. (Westlock is a country, right?).. We folks in Edmonton like sunshine and clear skies too! My family enjoyed the visit there as well as the aprx. one hour return ride home to Edmonton. We felt revitalized and as healthy as a basket of apples! However, everything changed just four traffic lights from our home. Our car was rear ended while stopped at a red light while we were waiting for the green to take us home. The brilliant white light suddenly flashed through my brain, and turned the daylight into a rather dim one. Then everything went black and dizzy for me. No, I did not die (I am writing this!!), only, my "healthy as a basket of apples" theory sort of burst. The doctor at the emergency told me that sessions of physical therapy would make be a new man again, however my body and I were skeptical about this. I felt dizzy, had a constant headache, and my shoulder, arm, and neck were very stiff.. these issues, along with slurred speech, had the memory of the "healthy apple" version of me feeling very distant. I felt anger towards the driver who hit our car and frustration with the unfairness of life. The facilitator at the psychology group sessions introduced me to a new idea with how to cope with my depressing state, "From now on, you will be a peach, not an apple"... I thought, "yeah, right", I still head my ten fingers, two legs, two eyes, etc. However, this new concept was reintroduced to me when I attended Innovation Physical Therapy, Namao. The wonderful people there, from the receptionists, manager, and therapists, made me feel hope again towards my recovery. The therapy provided at their clinic helped me heal not only physically, but assisted me in working through my inner tension and anger as well. I just wanted to be me again! I was a client of a therapist there, Melissa Voll, who specializes and is certified in many forms of therapy at the clinic. Throughout the past months she has cheerfully and effectively introduced and applied all of the possible treatment methods to soothe and overall improve my physical condition. A compilation of new and traditional therapy (including acupuncture and needling-- both of which I survived!) were provided. Different exercises, tools, and methods were also implemented throughout the recovery process. Among all of these treatments though, I discovered that Melissa uses another secret approach as well. A great Teacher from about 2000 years ago wrote the renowned words, "The flesh is no help at all. It is lifting up the spirit that gives life." (John 6:63). The lifting up of the spirit, through her kind words, encouragement, and compassion, made Melissa's work outstanding. Have I said "thank you" Melissa for the well executed, complex therapy plan of yours? Well, Thank You!!! Way to go!! P.S. I am starting to like being a peach P.P.S. After being involved in the collision two years ago, I am currently working as an auto mechanic, and enjoy fixing cars at Herbers Autobody. Ironic, isn't it? How is your [auto] body feeling today? From the friendly & knowledgeable staff to customized exercises designed for specific body parts, Belvedere Innovation staff have greatly contributed to my healing process after a car accident. They did filled out all insurance claims on my behalf, gave me exercise equipment designed to relieve pain and were very accommodating to my busy work schedule. Physiotherapy experience pleasant and professional. No complaints here. Physiotherapy, however, is a costly medical treatment even with extended health benefits. The office made no attempt resolve an easily preventable billing issue and instead offered this piece of advice: "it is the patients responsibility to know their own coverage". I share this advice to you now so you don't face the same problem. And it is for this reason I cannot comfortably recommend receiving services from this location.

From the front staff to the rear staff and all in between, we are made to feel welcome by everyone, even those who are not directly involved with our care. But Rut Wiull is my lifesaver and I truly do not know where I'd be without her many years of treating me. Don't misinterpret the "many years of treatment" to mean she's not treating me properly. I have a debilitating illness which requires lots of work to keep me going. She has done that and more. Rut has been my physical therapist for over #$@ years (LOL) when she first treated me when I was an inpatient at a Rehab Hospital. When I was discharged, I found her and if she changes clinics, so do I. Namao Innovation PT is fortunate to have her on staff. I definitely would recommend Rut and have done so over the years. Thank you as always Rut and thanks to all the staff for making me feel welcome. Such great atmosphere at the Clinic.

Not at all a good experience for me. I went in thinking i was going to get a decent massage to loosen me up a little and thats what i asked the guy for.. <45minutes ( $100) consisted of 10minutes discussing body and health- ok.. <10 minutes of massage- 20minutes hooked up to a muscle spasming machine, which after 5 minutes felt like too much and uncomfortable, but no one was even around to tell to turn it down for the entire 20 min and i want gonna yell out lod for help.. then 2 minutes of simple stretches, and discussion of coming back in 2 days,- no thanks. Not one to write reviews but after that experience its worth my time, because it had me angry all day.
