Hygiene problems; got skin rush from stinky wet towel. (Lasted 2 weeks) Uncovered sticky patient tables. Not recommended. After 5 years, someone below commented that my review was false. I'm not sure on what ground the comment was made, but probably just trying to save their reputation... after 5 years! Doesn't this show something about the care these people provide?? Instead of an instant apology, trying to discredit me after 5 years. Here I'm confirming that this was not a false review, and you still owe me an apology.

My boyfriend and I got into a car accident and need a physiotherapist, after seeing 4 physiotherapists that neither of us liked we came here... And wouldn't go anywhere else. Leigh is knowledgeable, friendly, the staff is funny and helpful.

I called them to ask about getting an appointment and before I could explain the lady started asking about coverage, insurance and pricing details. She also told me they were a very busy center and can not give me an appointment. I chose to call them because they were the closest center to where I live and it was convenient but after the discussion I had and the absence of welcome tone I decided to call another center. The other place greeted me very nicely and listened to my situation and offered me a wide range of options despite being a very large and busy center. I can very well afford every treatment and have full insurance coverage but when someone has pain and decides to call for therapy you expect some type of a more welcoming tone.

In November 2020, my daughter was involved in a sledding accident that left her with a severely broken foot. All the bones except for two were broken. She healed but didn’t recover the full motion of her foot, felt her bones healed all wrong, and was in pain from walking even a short distance. I recommended that she see Leigh Garvey at Coronation Physiotherapy even though her doctor said she didn’t need any treatment or physio. After her first meeting with Leigh, my daughter felt relieved that her pain was not just in her head but there was actual reason for the pain she was feeling. Leigh took the time to explain to herwhat happened as her foot healed and the cause of her current pain. After five sessions with Leigh, my daughter is able to walk better and longer with less pain. She also feels that her concerns were taken seriously and addressed. Most medical professionals dismiss the concerns of a teenager, but Leigh made Katie feel validated and treated her with respect. As a parent, I feel relieved that a medical professional finally helped my daughter feel better and gain more confidence in value of working with specialists like Leigh. Thank you, Leigh, and to your team at Coronation Physiotherapy. I appreciate your healing hands and highly recommend your services to anyone who is dealing with physical issues.

A wonderful physiotherapist named Kale was able to figure out a problem i have been having for well over a year.I may have spelled his name incorrectly but to actually find out what the problem is and to be able to reverse it means the difference between being able to continue working or not knowing how much longer i was going to be able to work.I have seen many doctors and have been told many different things,finally someone has told me the truth maybe just because he cares.

I was in a car accident Jan 1, 2020. I have been seeing Coronation Physiotherapy for a year now. Leigh has been my therapist & I am very grateful. She has helped me through pain and shown me many ways to strengthen my neck and back. I highly recommend this place, all the staff are welcoming and helpful no matter what questions you have or you need. They offer virtual therapy as well due to Covid restrictions which came in handy when I was not able to be seen in person during the lockdown. They always kept in touch and helped me. Highly recommend.

She has corrected my posture, worked with me through sports injuries, worked with me through complex muscle tears and a torn rotator cuff and worked with my arthritic joints. She has advised, fixed and looked after me for over 20 years and there are not enough words to recommend her highly enough. She is fantastic and I would never go to anyone else.

Coronation Physiotherapy is great. I've only ever been for massages with their RMT, Darcy Kinasewich, who I of course recommend, but it's generally a nice space with friendly reception.

At first the man working on me who’s name I don’t wish to expose Ill just call him (G) was great and very accommodating. However after a few sessions I would show up for a 2 hr. session and spend most of the time sitting on the edge of the table with nothing being done. Also when the therapist discovered I was married in a heterosexual relationship he became rather rude and abrupt with me. For these reasons I stopped attending and found another location.

I really appreciate Coronation Physiotherapy. I have recommended Leigh (Physiotherapist) and this office for years to many people, and trust her years of skill, experience and knowledge. She helped me recover from a herniated disc, and gain strength. Vertigo, stiff neck, stiff upper and lower back, cramps in my toes and leg gone after treatment. Coronation physio is my number one choice, for any kind of muscle rehabilitation. Staff are amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. Have been a patient for close to five years. First time I went was for a rolled ankle. Cale assessed my injury, told me the game plan to get my foot back to normal. Which is very important as I'm a lifeguard, I'm on my feet 40 hours a week. Cale explained how Soundwave worked, he believed this would be the best treatment plan. He was right! Three treatments and my ankle was good as new. The second time I attended coronation physio is when I was t- boned in a car accident which hit on my driver door. I suffered from TMJ and permanent jaw damage, whiplash suffered from severe migraines. Cale worked as hard as he could to get my pain manageable with acupuncture, heat, specific exercises to loosen tense muscles. Once I started to heal he worked with me to strengthen my muscles as well as get flexibility back if it wasn't for the team at Coronation, I would not be able to lifeguard right now. I still go after my car accident for regular massages, to maintain healthly neck and back, as well to release stress. Darcy is extraordinary as he focuses on the muscles, works on specific areas. (not just a expensive back rub like some places.) I recommend them to everyone, who has injuries, needs to strengthen old injuries or needs good pain management.

I have attended Coronation Physio for 3+ years; I started there after a MVA (Whiplash) and moved on to regular massages once the physiotherapy was done. The Physio clinic is well run. They are all about functional mobility, and as they do a lot of sports physio, they really do know how to get the body working properly again. Leigh Garvie, the clinic owner, has been on the Physio Therapy group for several past Canadian Olympic teams, so knows her stuff. I was given excellent advice, exercises and tips which, frankly, changed my life and enabled me to return to work and fun activities. By following the instructions, I lost 30 lbs, and developed a stronger core to assist me in dealing with my (long term-permanent) neck issues. I also really like Darcy, the massage therapist. He treats me for trigger-point issues and I always get relief when there! I feel like the team at Coronation physio has helped me tremendously to heal and recover from my injuries.

Outdated equipment, overrun with clients not enough staff,green staff,I didn't post a review for the owner so she said I attended 6 months less than my gf that did write a review, Held my info for insurance company hostage, thereby making my claim take far longer than it should and by saying I attended 6 months less than I actually did reduced my amount of payout by 20.000 to 30.000 thousand,you've been warned,stay away from. I can honestly tell that over my many years that my treatment with Caroline is absolutely amazing!! Caroline not only treats you with respect and a warm welcome but believe me when I tell you she knows her stuff and gives you an in depth consultation and ,sore importantly a treat plan that works!!!! Leigh and her team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I booked treatment for an ankle injury and my experience was great. Leigh's expertise was immediately evident. She was training another physiotherapist who was finishing his practicum, and it was very informative to listen to her correct and expand on the techniques and conclusions the student had learned and was applying. Treatment for the current injury was only part of her service, she also gave me rehab exercises and advice for stretching the joint to prevent re-injury. I will be back for treatment on my inevitable next injury (hopefully not too soon), and highly recommend Coronation Physiotherapy to anyone in need of care.
