So this is the greatest place ever. Not only have I been looking for a good physio for awhile, but this place has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, at ease, and ready to move forward with treatment. The intake forms are clear and easy to understand, the receptionist is LOVELY (I genuinely love talking to them everytime I go in). The place is always clean and sanitized and everyone is wearing the proper PPE. I've had physios who seem to think I already know what I need, and I hate that. I've come to YOU to learn what I need! Corona-Station shows you! Not only do they print out sheets for you to take home to help with strengthening, but for me personally I have a horrible short term memory, so I asked to be filmed doing my stretches so that I can watch them back and copy them. This was treated as totally okay and normal, and not as a burden at all. I'm a long time disabled person who deals with on average 4 doctors a week... Trust me, this kind of kindness and willingness to help on MY level is very rare. I also love on AISH and have very limited benifits. They immediately acknowledged that limitation and worked with me to find a schedule of appointments that will help me get the most benifits! So comforting. After only two treatments on my TMJD I noticed huge improvements (I know that differs for everyone), but it's made me a die hard client and I'll be sending everyone I know here! ????????????????

I was anxious when I started and I honestly look forward to going to therapy every week now because I know I’m making significant progress and it feels amazing to have a therapist that’s not only patient with me, but also really encouraging. I've had a great experience at Corona Physio. I sprained my ankle rock climbing and the administrative staff was able to get me in the next day. I've seen physiotherapists for ankle sprains before, but Greg really took the time to explain exactly what was going on so that I understood exactly where and why my body was injured, and what I needed to do to fix it. The exercises I needed to do were very simple, but explained in a way that made me appreciate what they were strengthening and why. No issues billing to insurance, either! I definitely recommend it here.

I've seen several different physio therapists there, and have always been impressed by the knowledge and expertise they all bring. I always recommend this place to any friends looking for physios.

The therapist was great, but I specifically went to receive acupuncture, which the therapist was not registered to perform. Therefore she cannot charge for acupuncture. So I was out of pocket when I expected by visit to be fully covered. It would have been nice to have been informed that i would be billed through Physio when I booked as I would not have chosen this clinic.

I do not recommend anyone. Because the front desk staff can not do very straight forward task such as claiming for insurance. They asked me for full amount of money, while I had two insurances. They waste your time but not work on you. In fact, they charge you one hour, but work only 20 min. The other issue I had with them: My doctor prescribed for me physical therapy. Because I really need it. But they did not give me three sessions. Because they did not give me qualification to use from AHS. They are not helpful.

I would give 10 stars if possible! This is my second 'stint' of treatments for a neck/shoulder injury and have now seen three different therapists (two the first time, one now). Each and everyone of them does excellent work and has their own strengths and qualifications, with a very personal approach. The staff at the clinic is very welcoming and goes above and beyond in their work. It is such a pleasure to be welcomed and treated like that when dealing with an injury. I couldn't recommend more!

It's clean and at a new location that isn't far from their previous spot. Convenient to LRT/bus routes. They have a climbing wall that's a bonus feature

I visited Corona for a few months at the end of last year. Though I booked appointments for an hour (and was charged accordingly), the start time was consistently late (at times by 15-20mins). That made the experience less enjoyable as I often worried about my paid parking running out and being late to other commitments. In addition, the service was often interrupted by physiotherapist stepping out to tend to other clients she had on the go, which limited the amount of time I got even further. This made me feel as if my time was not valued or respected. I appreciate that things can get busy at times, but I believe this should be an exception, not the norm. On the plus side, the clinic is conveniently located in the downtown core and it seems to be well maintained cleanliness-wise.

They want you to get to a point that you can maintain on your own, which is very important to me. I am not a fan of therapists pushing for more and more to try to keep you coming back. Greg Bamber is amazing. He is thorough, knows his stuff and IF you need IMS or Dry Needling go see him, he is as quick and he does it as painless as possible even in the damn heel if you need it there.

A++ I see Ehryn and he is excellent. He's kind, considerate, and fun to work with. When I first saw him I could barely walk, and now we're moving through tougher sets of exercises that are making my legs stronger to prevent re-injury. I didn't realize how much I didn't know about how legs and knees work until we started working together! It's rewarding to see yourself make progress, and Ehryn noticing that progress and commenting on it as well is motivating to me. Brandi and Bronwyn at the front desk are great too — very friendly and easy to talk to. Booking appointments is quick and easy, and the email reminders are helpful as well. I've never waiting very long at all for an appointment and all the payment/insurance stuff is handled perfectly.

This place is 10/10, would recommend! I've been going here for quite a few injuries and I have been treated with such care! Right when I walk in the door I am greeted with friendly faces and all throughout my appointment. Iris has made booking my next appointments no trouble at all and has accommodated to my schedule. I have worked with Matt, Ehryn, and Kerri and they all have contributed to bringing my body back to normal. They've done deep tissue massage, needling, taping, ultrasound, and heat therapy. Additionally, they give me exercises to do at home to continue strengthening my muscles. I am so impressed by what this clinic has done for me! THANK YOU!

I absolutely cannot recommend higher. I've been to a couple of other physio places in my life, but it's been years as I'd never really found it very useful; but my current coverage was going to pay for another issue that could use physio so I thought I'd try it. Anyways, I freaking love this place. Not only is my jaw 90% better, but I've always felt comfortable, taken care of, and actually valued as a patient as opposed to be an "in and out" appt. Aaron is who i've been seeing and I couldn't be happier. He's made a point to give me practical and achievable exercises and goals, without adding stressful pressure, or allowing me to feel sub-par when I can't do them. The customer service is primo. The people at the front (usually the same two) always have a smile, are helpful, and seem to enjoy their work environment, which I've seen to make everyone in the whole space feel good about being there. I've ben unable to make a few appointments because of emergency health reasons and they've always been so patient and accommodating. As long as coverage holds out i'll be coming as often as I can. If I ever require it for anything large or small, it'll be taken up with this practice.

I've had CSPT help me with injuries a couple times in the past few years. Always received really great service that was tailored to me and realistic to my needs. I felt as though the staff really got to know me and my recovery goals and what sort of recovery and maintenace planning would fit in with my life (AKA trying to build therapy into activities I already did or enjoyed rather than recommending things that felt more like work that I might not do). Anyways, would definitely recommend. And on top of it all, they were always flexible with scheduling! Thanks Ehryn and team!

I have Used Corona Station Physical Therapy on several occasions. Most serious issue was the start of of a frozen shoulder related to repetitive sports injury. E Crane was my Physio and he was great. Was back inside a couple weeks to full workouts. Also used for hip injury and again their amazing physical therapy work was a critical part of my recovery.
