Her treatments do not compare to any other physiotherapy clinic I have been to. From the first date, I noticed a marked improvement and each of the following sessions was even more beneficial. In addition, Mélissa is a great help with stress management. She also offers little tips for the home that help enormously. I really appreciate her approach and the fact that she doesn't put any pressure on date attendance, which helps me with my busy schedule. I highly recommend it as well as the clinic which offers 1 hour of "real" treatment and not 15 to 30 minutes of treatment combined with ice or heat as other clinics do. What makes Catalyst truly exceptional is the fact that you get one hour of HANDS ON treatment (no machines, no being pawned off to an assistant to do exercises). The therapists have extensive post-graduate training and are passionate about what they do. I couldn’t be prouder to be involved with such a fabulous group. Cela m'a grandement aidé dans le tourbillon qu'est devenu notre système de santé. Maintenant la réhabilitation se fait avec Maxime qui est superbe!! Staff is helpful and extremely knowledgeable. A great mix of professionalism and friendly atmosphere really set Catalyst Sante apart. Cool sports memorabilia hangs on the walls throughout. The therapists stay with you 100% of the time, instead of attaching you to a machine, which is a added benefit. Therapists are always available by email and are usually quick to respond.

I found Catalyst and Maxime about 4 years ago and I've never been happier. I've had many not so great experiences with physiotherapy (I never saw any improvements during treatment, every treatment felt very routine and non personalized). I came to catalyst with a back problem - I had pain when I lifted my 6m old baby. But with Maxime she easily found my issue and treated it right away. What makes Catalyst different, is that they treat patients with the intention of them getting better and not needing any more treatment in the long run. I love Maxime b/c she worked with me and my busy life, not giving me too many exercises while ensuring my treatment was efficient and effective. As a busy working mom, I didn't have time for 20 exercises per day and she knew that. I also like that she dedicated the entire hour to working with me (not just 20min, then 20min on machine, 20min of icing). I have referred more than 10 friends to her and they all love her. She is simply the best!

I’ve worked with both Scott and Melissa from Catalyst since 2019 and they both have really provided a personalized progressive treatment plan and highly recommend them both ! Scott has advanced training and it shows! He really knows what technique is required when it is most needed. He has played an excellent role in my rehab. Melissa has helped me in my physical rehabilitation and can't thank her enough for being so patient! She applies a multidisciplinary approach to rehab which can speed recovery you if you have a ‘chronic’ injury / pain to try and restore balance.

Amelia is simply wonderful. In just a few sessions she was able to pin point where my strain was from in my Deltoid muscle , provide a easy and quick stretches and explain proper movements. The fact she is also a crossfit athlete makes much more simple for me to explain where the pain is from and what movements trigger it. Also loved her follow up approach!

Don't go to this place. Horrible experience with Scott. He put me through so much pain. Physio is supposed to make you feel better not worse. He was very aggressive during my treatment. I went to him in 2011 and still suffer upper back pain and neck pain from him. When I went to see him I only had a mild pain in my right upper back. His treatment caused me to have upper back pain and neck pain which radiated to both my arms. I was off work for 3 months after that. I still have pain today because of him. Please be careful
