I suffered a car accident and Proactive Physio has taken me from debilitating pain to return to work, return to lifting my son for hugs, to getting past crippling migraines. Harvinder is amazing! Professional, masterful and caring. All the staff are professional and supportive. They care for every aspect of your healing and work hard for the paperwork details (with doctors or WCB etc.), so you can focus on the recovery. They provide so many services, from active rehab, RMT, Physiotherapy and my saving Grace, IMS. I highly recommend them. I could not thank Raj Sir enough for the excellent services I got from him. I was in the most pain I could ever be, in my entire life, due to muscle pull in my lower back and walking normally looked like a dream to me that day! After 3 physio sessions, I was walking, sitting and back to life. I am taking life lesson of doing yoga/exercise from Raj. Plus I couldn't forget the IMS treatment on my hand that was super effective. A 5 star for his super-nice nature and five stars for his work. Keep up the good work!

She applies various modalities to treat my condition and I am healing and my range of motion is almost back to normal. The receptionists are very efficient and pleasant. Raj is a highly professional physiotherapist and so is his entire team. He was able to diagnose the issue with my shoulder and movement of arm. He provided the necessary treatment at his clinic and gave me exercises to practice at home. He also provides web links where you could watch videos of these exercises. The clinic also has COVID protocols in place. I would highly recommend his ProActive clinic in Delta on Scott Road.

I’ve never done a negative post before but that was a cash grab. I had a female doctor the first time she was really great sat down talked to me at least pretended she cared. This doctor looked like a good guy but didn’t do anything that would help and looked like he was in a hurry. Tried to crack my back. So all in all great staff but I just payed 65 $ out of my own pocket to have a machine warm up and loosen my back for ten mins. My physio experience was a let down hopefully the excercises work cause I won’t be goin back. Hopefully your experience is better. Sorry if this is bad sounding to the staff very nice ladies.
