My therapist Katherine is an Angel, I don't have enough words to Express my gratitude, her work was amazing, she cares about you. Thanks for the good job. I'm back to my normal life.

Had a couple appointments with physical therapist Krishna to help me strengthen my back after a severe back spasm. Very professional and friendly. Sessions were informative, and personalized exercise routines were very helpful. I would suggest is double checking the spelling of your name with the front desk to avoid any insurance verification issues. Even if you have a very simple/common name, have them spell it back to you, as spelling it out myself didn't work the first time around. Google hours claims they're open on Saturdays, but I went by on a Saturday in February to sort out a paperwork issue and they were closed. Maybe call first on the weekend to be sure. Very clean clinic, they're following COVID restrictions very well. Would definitely return if I needed help in the future.

This is a very clean, well organized and welcoming place. Staffs are very professional, polite and empathetic. Flexible hours according to your availability. I took treatment for my workplace injurry. My recovery took a long time because my injurry was big. However, the entire team of staffs made me feel motivated. I strictly followed the tips and workout routine given by the staffs and got almost 90% capacity back wich is enough for me to work and do my regular activities. Moreover, they give me all the tips to continue to improve after stopping the treatment. They also gave me a personalized workout plan to follow at the end of the treatment which is really useful. I am very thankful for this place and I will highly recommend this to anyone.

Such a lovely staff!! Their receptionists (Louise is one of them) are always very friendly and polite :) I came in for occupational therapy and worked with Kim Bertrand, who helped me regain complete mobility of my index finger. I was barely able to move this finger when I first came in. She would send me home with particular exercises to do and each time I would come back, there was an improvement! I appreciate that she decided to close my file with her when she saw that I was just about fully recovered and did not try to get me to keep coming when I didn't need to. (Some people do this to try and make more money) I am very happy and grateful for my experience at Clinique Physiothérapie Universelle Ville Saint Laurent :)
