I recommend Move Therapeutics Physiotherapy. For nearly a year, Natasha has been regularly treating my neck and hip. Now I don’t go as often for my neck because the soreness isn’t as intense thanks to the treatments! I enjoy running in my spare time so my hip pain comes from a runner’s related injury. At one point it was so severe that I had to stop running, but now I have less pain so I can run regularly again. Thank you for all the hard work you do at Move Therapeutics Physiotherapy!

Move Therapeutics provides a friendly and comfortable atmosphere that is perfect to help you get back on your feet. After working with Natasha on concussion management techniques, I have felt significant improvement of my post concussion syndrome symptoms and overall quality of life. After two months of attending weekly sessions I am able to do normal tasks again like drive, light exercise and light work. Natasha is very friendly and intuitive. Initially I had good service..then Coronavirus hit. NOW i know businesses where closed and not answering messages right away and that is fine I get that..I am a very patient person and rarely complain.....I only reached out as it was an emergency situation...After a few messages back and forth within a few weeks they said they would see me the following week and would be in touch...I never heard back...sent several other messages that were read with no response....I can understand if they were not open...but they should have never told me they would see me...or at least have taken the time to send me a simple message to explain....no I got nothing...very dissapointed!

I have been to several PTs for knee and hip pain and Natasha at Move Therapeutics has by far been the best and most knowledgeable PT I have encountered. Natasha answered all my postpartum questions regarding pelvic floor muscles and function. She is SO knowledgeable and confident creating a comfortable environment for specific questions regarding postpartum pelvic care. My experience at Move Therapeutics was flawless. The online booking experience was easy and I was able to compete the initial assessment forms online before even entering the clinic- which is paramount from an infection control point of view (super important these days). The clinic is exceptionally clean and well organized. The individual exam room made the experience feel safe from exposure to other clients all the while upholding privacy and confidentially during my exam and treatment. The receptionist Kim was super helpful and patient while trying to process my insurance- it was declined a few times and she insisted that we try a few things in order for it to work. Which was accomplished so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket and personally submit my claim- so nice. Move Therapeutics PT is definitely a five star experience and I would recommend Move Therapeutics PT to anyone living with muscle/joint pain and for any pelvic floor treatment. Especially for anyone postpartum!
