Ravinder and her staff have been amazing in my husband's knee replacement surgery! He has come a long way not just physically but emotionally. Ravinder and all the staff are not just friendly ,they make you feel like family .Everyone is so welcoming whenever we come and everyone celebrates every milestone of Ray's recovery. It is apparent that helping people is not just a job to Ravinder but her passion ! My husband and I would 100 % recommend Ravinder and all her staff they have gone above and beyond what they had to do ..THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU GUYS DO !

I was at this location for my knee treatment, actually it was suggested by one of my friend. I visited the location for first time and first thing that I really like is the way of their gratitude. Then one of the physiotherapist (RAVINDER) came over to me and asked me to explain the situation before starting the treatment. The conversation was very friendly and then she started the treatment accordingly. I start feeling better after the treatment and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

After having food poisoned, I have had vertigo since. I went to this clinic and in just one visit, it was all gone. With the pandemic situation, I did not hesitate going into their clinic as they are well equipped and health and safety was well maintained. All necessary PPE were worn and the rooms were well sanitized. On top of all, their staff and the physiologist Rav are so friendly. A big 5 star rate is well deserved

Thanks to all the staff for always being friendly and courteous. Scheduling is a breeze with very little or no wait times. Ravinder and Mousam worked their magic. I suffered from extreme pain with tendinitis, arm, shoulder pain and a neck injury. Within a short time, my mobility increased and my pain decreased. My recovery is going great! The staff is very caring, accommodating and professional. I've been dealing with Pelvic Floor issues for a couple years but wasn't making any progress. I decided to try physiotherapy and chose Physiotherapist Ravinder. I have to say that I'm really glad that she's my physiotherapist because she is very kind and caring, especially seen during the initial assessment. She was confident that I could recover. I've been going for a couple weeks now and I making really good progress which otherwise I wouldn't have. I only wish I found this place sooner. I would definitely recommend Platinum Physiotherapy.

If I could give her a 10 star rating, I would. I have been seeing Ravinder since June 2021, she helped me through my Labral Repair/Hip Arthroscopy Surgery Recovery. She was initially working at a clinic 5 minutes away from my home which was very convenient for me, but then she opened up this clinic which is now 30 minutes away from me. Now, because of how great she is, I had to follow her to her new clinic. I have sent multiple referrals to her and they’ve all been nothing but happy to have found a physiotherapist that actually helps you recover. Not like other ones who continue working on you and you see zero progress in your recovery. She is a physiotherapist who genuinely cares about the health and recovery of her patients. She is always so positive and such a delight to be around. You can tell she truly loves what she does and I’m so happy that I have found her! I was searching for a physio clinic in the area for my shoulder pain and found Platinum Physio. They just opened new in the area so I was a little skeptical at first. However, I tried them out and I am so happy I went here. Ravinder and her assistant are very well experienced and I was able to get relief for my shoulder pain just after 2 treatments. Ravinder put me on a treatment plan and gave me exercises to do at home, which has been helping because I want to get back to playing basketball as soon as possible.

A family friend had recommended platinum Physio after I had sprained my ankle playing basketball. The physiotherapist Ravinder is a magician as when I first attended the clinic I was limping and could not put much weight on my ankle even after 4 weeks of rest. I visited with my mother for her pain in shoulder and she was afraid of seeing physiotherapist but thanks to Ravinder who spoke with her so calmly and explain my mother her treatment procedure and treated her like family so my mother felt so comfortable and started her treatment with her. Definitely recommend to all they make you feel like homely that you won’t realize that they are treating you for your pain. Clinic also is very clean and organized. Staff is so friendly and professional and make your paper work very quickly so you don’t have to worry about your claims with insurance company.
