This was my third physio place ( after my injury) I went to (after receiving hopeless treatment in other clinics) Physiomed Winston Churchill is a very Professional and thorough place. A place where they go up and above, proactively addressing the patient.The staff is friendly and gives adequate care and attention. Their services were tailored to my need/injury.Visible improvement in 2 weeks. Pros:Appointment reminders, efficient billing, tailored treatment Cons:It would be great if they are open on saturdays too.

Staff proved to be very knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and understanding. I highly recommend receiving your treatment through their clinic. In August I went to physiomed because I was trying to lose weight and due to a previous injury I felt the need to go to a rehab place thinking they could guide me better since it was sold to me as “we work with professionals “ the bill was $1800.00+. I had worked with a girl named Diane and on my second workout with her we were talking about how she was leaving for various reasons including how the management was terrible to her. We also talked about how trainers have hurt me in the past by pushing me more than my limit. I had just finished a short set of squats because I told her that I could really feel it in my knees so we went to a leg press she had started with 90lbs on it and I did a set of 15. Then she put on another 90lbs and encouraged me to go past 10 so on my 12th press my back totally went into spasm. We stopped and I tried to use a roller to fix it. It is now almost December and I have had X-rays and an MRI the findings were that I have 3 bulging discs. All along I have told them that I just want them to fix me. Time is the only way to fix it, so I went in and asked for a refund. The head guy who I believe owns this franchise is Viktor Kouprian said that there were no refunds. I used a nutritionist (who messed up my supplements 3 times) 3 times and got the pricing from the physiomed that I went to at the airport and used the professional trainer once and was hurt at the beginning of the second session. By this time I now no longer felt I could trust physiomed. I went back to Viktor and he said he could issue a refund for services not used, I said fine and since I had all the pricing I told him that I expect a cheque for $767.66. He several time said that he was a small business and was only going to get $600 I was so fed up that I had agreed to this number just to get them out of my life. I was away so I sent one of my sons to get on the agreed upon day and when my son called me he said that Viktor told him he forgot his cheques and that we needed to agree to other things, one being that I wouldn’t google a bad review. I was mad that he put my son in the middle and fired back a text saying if your cheque clears then I won’t write anything. I have not heard from him again and all my texts and phone messages are going unanswered. I have not written one lie and if it is a bad review then he only has himself to blame. I did not sign a contract with the kinesiology trainer that he told me to go and sue, I was with Physiomed and he is responsible for people under his employ. There is no Physiomed head office as they are franchises so trying to get my refund is next to impossible. Please make sure you know what you are getting into as Viktor will no stand by either his employees nor keep his word. I implore you to go anywhere else!

I was tired of feeling tired everyday so I finally decided it was time to get professional help from Physiomed in November 2017. Chris and Viktor both comprehended my issues with Hypothyroidism and graciously introduced me with Personal Trainers Moe & Kyle as well as Nutritionist Mercedes Gold. The Team of Trainers provide me with motivational training and encouragement which is evident in my increased energy and minimal fatigue. Mercedes Gold's expertise in Nutrition has been tremendous as I've made "Eating Food A Healthy and Friendly Choice Of Living A Good Life"

I have been coming here for chiro and physio to treat back and neck injuries suffered in a car accident. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They developed a plan to treat my specific injuries which has provided clearly noticeable improvements. The facilities are also clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Viktor is a rude and horrible person. When asked a simple question, he becomes intimidating, aggressive and treats clients like unwanted animals. He made me feel like he was about to become physical with me. He is unprofessional and I really doubt he completed high school so I'm not sure why or how he is the clinic manager! Most of the positive reviews on here are either fake or requested by Viktor himself. This place gets a 1 star because no option for 0. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Noticeably the instructors who work here are very well educated and knowledgeable in the similar field which is very important to understand and identify the client’s issues. I’ve had issues such as shoulder pain for more than a year due to my previous physiomed improper instructions and this was easily fixed by proper exercises taught by these instructors in a very short time. Including Viktor and many other instructors are very polite, considerate in accommodating bookings and on follow-ups. Viktor is exceptionally going above and beyond in helping his staff and clients. I’ve been going here with my 2 kids for more than 3 years and getting right exercises. I would thoroughly prefer to go to this place for sure.

Very easy to book/reschedule appointments super accommodating and understanding if life throws a curve ball the day of an appointment. Have a variety if staff with different styles so youre very likely to find someone who fits your specific needs

Me and my family have been coming here for the last 3 years. We really like the place. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is very spacious and they even have a shower place and washroom which are very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend a visit here.
