Went there for a massage. Staff are great, very pleasant. Had my massage with Yan, she catered to my level (being a beginner in this whole massage thing, so she went easy at first. The only reason its a 4star not 5 is because I personally prefer individual room setting rather than an open concept separated by curtains. Already coming back for regular massages after feeling the difference. I really like this place.

5 star Upon the recommendation of my family doctor I decided to give Churchill Physiotherapy a try and very happy that I did. Adrian (physiotherapist) is fantastic. I suffered immensely from IT band problems that halted my running completely. Within a couple of month of therapy I am happy to say I am back running again. Adrian helped ease my pain and gave me the knowledge of how to deal with my pain should it ever reoccur. Thank you Adrian! The staff are very friendly and accommodating - establishing direct billing with my insurer and booking me in for an appointment with little notice. Thank you!

I was browsing through Physio clinics close to where I work & decided to try going to Churchill Physio because of the many great reviews. Well, I was not disappointed. I have been under the care of Adriane Wong for a good year+ and I could never be happier. I initially came with a shoulder issue which I had struggled with pain for many, many years and visits to various other clinic never gave any results. Under Adriane's care I am happy to share that I no longer have any shoulder pain! I am just keeping up with my daily stretches. Adriane's hands on techniques are excellent, + the stretching exercise that she gives out really works. I am currently being treated for lower back pain and I am very close to being pain free. The staff are also very friendly, the place is very clean & has kept up with the sanitizing process due to Covid-19. I will highly recommend this clinic.

Started treatment for a little tennis elbow. Staff is very friendly and well trained. Office is well equipped. Results? For an injury that has been nagging me for months - this have been highly effective. After just 3 treatments I've already seen a 180 degree turn around.

Staff are great! They are very warm and helpful. My physiotherapist (Adrienne) is great and very patient with me. She helped me in my road to recovery. The physio assistants were very friendly and makes sure I am comfortable during the treatment sessions. I was also getting massage from Nina..she is great too. Felt very relieved after. Overall, the staff are awesome. I would highly recommend this clinic. Great place..great people!

Example of the worst customer service ever!!! I started with phsyio and switched to acupuncture treatment and wasn't told that my insurance company would continued to be billed as physio and not as acupuncture - as one would commonly think. So now when I am going back to physio, my benefit amount has been depleted!!! Loop hole in the industry!! Therefore I complained and told them I felt someone there should have been upfront and clearly informed me of this detail - but to my shock I was in no uncertain terms told it was "MY fault" because I asked to have the same person who had been working on me for weeks to do it. How on earth is someone from outside the industry to know such details - that she could do the acupuncture but they can't invoice it as such!! One of the OWNERS from the company called me and I repeated my complaint and she became very rude on and defensive on the phone and then proceeded to tell me I wasn't "TOO QUICK" to notice this - that I she had continued to invoice me as physio!! Well, when they invoiced my insurance company directly and I didn't receive a paper copy of the invoice for the acupuncture treatment and told to stay off my computer - how quickly am I to find out!! No longer a customer of this clinic! BTW - I just found out that the review written by Joanna with the orthotics is one of the owners (and the one who said I wasn't too quick) - so it's no wonder she thinks it's a great clinic - I wonder how she would rate it if she was on the other side of the and was in my shoes??? Don't think she would rate it at a 5!!

What a Great Friendly environment -- I have been going to them to be treated for Whiplash after my Car accident in Dec. 2014. -- I was always greeted with a Smile & by my 1st name -- you were a person to them not just a number -- I received the treatment I needed & was always respected & treated me for my needs on that day. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to be treated for any ailments (they offer a variety of services). -- I consider them my friends since they have helped me out both physically & mentally during a rough time in my life. Excellent practice! Received an hour long deep tissue massage from Helena this week. She is one of the best massage therapists I have en counted. I am a body builder and she did wonders for my sore muscles and joints. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting this physio therapy clinic for over a year to address several issues related to fibromyalgia and after previously trying a few different centres in the mississauga area, I can confidently rate this place 5 stars -- Adriane is an excellent physiotherapist and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends and family. This location is a little harder to find.. It is NOT located right beside Shoppers Drug Mart, rather the plaza in the adjacent parking lot. The facilities themselves are not flashy but they have all the necessary equipment (in good working condition), it's clean and they demonstrate excellent sanitary processes between clients. I've experienced acupuncture, TENS, IFC, ultrasound and laser treatments as well as manual tissue work. I have not personally experienced their massage therapy however. I've had to take my young children in with me and the team has always been very friendly and welcoming.

Doubt that these reviews are all 100% genuine. One of their RMT's injured me, the clinic owner suggested physio to remedy the pain which was caused at HER clinic. I call to speak to the owner a few weeks later to tell her my pain is persistent, she completely BLACKS OUT and screams at me over the phone and hangs up. I called my insurance to complain but they suggested the only route Is to take legal action. I'm still shocked, some of the front desk staff are also extremely snarky. I even recommended some of my close friends here. Smh.

They provided me with patient centered care and always incorporate exercises and training so that my pain will be better. The modality of their treatment is broad and had help me get well. Based on my experience during the last 3 months of physiotherapy, I would highly recommend the Clinic to anybody who needs physiotherapy. My physiotherapist Hanna is very professional, knowledgeable and caring, what helped me a great deal to overcome the pain and discomfort I had with my shoulder. Her passion for her job helped me to learned how to continue on my own with proper exercises - once I complete my therapy at the Clinic. The main desk and everybody at the clinic were so professional and nice, whet helped me a lot in my recovery.

I recently returned to see Adrienne (physiotherapist) for a chronic shoulder issue after having my second child (all that lifting). Her care and attention has help me maintain my arm flexibility/strength that we worked on when I originally hurt it. It has also helped with pain relief! The staff are always courteous, professional and the office is very clean. They don’t mind when I have to bring my baby and preschooler, which makes it very convenient. They have a variety of appointment times available too. I originally came here on a co-workers recommendation and am so glad it did!

Absolutely The Best - Adrian (Physiotherapist) has done wonders for my daughter, between dislocating knee's, acupuncture for migraines and anxiety (to get her off daily medication) and for myself with torn ankle ligaments. Massage therapist's are always exceptional for releasing extremely tight muscles caused by old injuries and too much Zumba. Belma and the other staff are also very accommodating and very nice. This is a great place to go for Physio, massage therapy and acupuncture.

Churchill physiotherapy clinic, the place to be, I been to many clinics not by choice, but always came back to Churchill. This is the place I found the most comfortable, appealing, and where I felt welcomed and at home. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome. The privacy of their individual space settings for their treatments witch is important to me. This is the only place that you will find all in one. From laser machine to ultrasound, IFC machine, Osteopath, acupuncture, physiotherapist and massage therapist. Lets not forget their products and reasonable prices. I don't think I would ever change this place for anyone else.

To be honest, I had given up on physiotherapy treatments due to the lack of results I so desperately needed. That changed when I found this place through a friend of mine. By far the very best physiotherapy clinic I have been to (and I've been to a lot of different clinics over the years!).
