If you need a Physiotherapist that truly listens to you and comes up with solutions for your type of body, Chris Les at Restorative Health is your guy. I've been seeing Chris for over a year and he has helped me immensely. Chris has incredible physio skills from IMS, Electrotherapy, Massage and Soft Tissue Techniques, Pressure point releases and two good listening ears:)... trust me I've tested them all. Enough said...just give him a call, it will be the best decision you make!

Just want to give Jen Laroy a great Thank you for the 5 years of help I have had at/in her hands. I have severe osteoporosis, resulting in two broken femurs before age 60! She and I have done lots of work to get me back walking well --even running. And strengthening my core and back at the same time as getting the legs and arms working together well has all been part of the physio help I have had. I highly reccommend the reformer pilates if you can get it there ... but pelvic floor help has also been in my tool box of help she has given me.
