Being new to the area, and sadly in October rear ended in a motor vehicle accident. I had to find a physiotherapy clinic and after googling I was very lucky to find this clinic! The clinic is very easy to find and very clean. they are very thorough and 2 days prior to your appointment they have you complete a brief survey related to Covid. Gail and the other girls at the front desk are very sweet and make you feel welcome and important. I was also very lucky to be assigned to my physiotherapist, AJ. He is very knowledgable, thorough, personable and has also a Kinisiologist degree. He will explain your injuries and also show you diagrams of what he is explaining. I've been given exercises to do on my own, AJ explained how both IMS and shock wave therapy work and Ive tried both and feel they are helping for sure. I can see now that they are very helpful in treatment. I feel very grateful to AJ to help me heal from my injuries!

AJ was punctual, attentive, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the start. He pinpointed my issues quickly and explained them so I would understand. He showed me simple exercises so I could continue therapy at home. I left feeling confident that my problem areas will be healed in the coming future. >> The future, the present, and the past walk into a bar. Things got a little tense.

AJ is amazing! Attention to detail, personable, explains everything clearly! I love when people take their time to explain what is going on and AJ did exactly that. I feel confident in knowing what is going on with my body and what I can do to fix it. So many prior visits I leave not knowing what is going on with my muscles!

I had a few kin appointments here. The kin was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the facility as well. I feel like it was a bit difficult to organize appointments though and the care overlooked in this way. I was really upset at one of my appointments when I overhead another healthcare "professional" in an appointment with a patient literally b**ch*** about people and masks in snarky tones. This was December or January. I experience in and out depression with everything going on. Our community has become an adult bullying playground. I could hardly hear my kinesiologist during my treatment when this was happening. I came to pay for and focus on my own treatment and all I could hear is this. I want people who regard themselves as professionals to be held to a professional standard. This behavior by a professional is unacceptable in a clinic where other people are attending to focus on their own mobility issues.

Sara Spenst is the greatest massage therapist around. I've sampled many over the years and Sara is an artist. Or maybe a relentless hunter. Seek and destroy style. The knots reluctantly dissolve and can't escape her healing touch. She gets 5/5 stars. You will feel that wonderful pain of knots dissolving under thumbs elbows and surgical steel. Sara also demonstrates comprehensive anatomical knowledge. She is quite simply a dedicated professional. Intuitive Rehab on Vedder gets a general 4/5 stars. No complaints yet and great service at the front desk. Thanks Gayle! Competent and intelligent financial administration too. Thanks Jag! Everyone else seems great too. Thanks Michelle! Parking lot is awkward. Zero stars for parking. No bike racks either. Zero stars for bike parking. Enjoy the coffee and water bar near the front desk.

I walked into intuitive rehab services this morning just to ask a view question, I'm suffering from sciatic pain and the ladies at reception saw that I was in a great deal of pain and did what they needed to do to squeeze me into their busy schedulefor the day. They gave me an appointment time with one of their chiropractors aswell as an appointment with one of their RMTs. I can't thank this amazing team for all their help today! Thank you so much!!!

One of the OT's is a terrible person. Smiles at you while stabbing you in the back. Remember the insurance company is there bread and butter. They are working with them and not working for you. They are trying to keep their insurance company happy even if that screws you over. They are very good at fooling you into thinking that they are on your side. They are not. I see that OT is still with them. Too bad. If you want to be lied to and tricked as she is really working for the insurance company and not you. It's ok though. They can't get away with that stuff and they never did.

Very well run clinic. Easy to book appointments and are open evenings a d Saturdays! AJ (physiotherapist) is very knowledgeable and very kind. He will not push you more than he knows you are able too. I was nervous about seeing a physio because everybody I knew said my knee was going to hurt more . However after seeing AJ it was the opposite. I would recommend this clinic and AJ to everybody!!

Laura Patterson is so amazing, I highly recommend her as an occupational therapist. She helped me so much in the process of getting back to work and really succeeding at it. Terribly run clinic, very unorganized. They have cancelled three appointments on me in the last three months, I have benefits but they couldn't reschedule me with an RMT so I had to see a unlicensed body worker and pay $50.00. The body worker was unprofessional and make me feel uncomfortable during the massage. When you work full time and make an effort to book a month in advance to get a massage and they cancel on you it is very unprofessional, especially when it repeatedly keeps happening...now it is the end of the year and I won't be able to get in and use up all my benefits. Save you time and go somewhere else better run.
