I had a knee replacement at the end of October of 2021 and they had me physically ready to go back to work in 3 months! The care and training I received from Carrie, Melissa and McKenzie was A plus! What an awesome, professional and fun team! I also got massages from Kathy who also is an added bonus to the team. Helen (clerk) is also friendly, professional and willing to work with your schedule. I recommend them 100 percent!

I have been to a few physiotherapy offices but this one tops them all!! I love at Tilbury Physical Therapy when you walk through the door all the staff acknowledge you and greet you and make you feel comfortable. The physiotherapist's interact with all to assist and guide them through the tough journey of their recovery. Physiotherapy can be painful and very challenging day to day but at Tilbury Physical the staff give you such a positive outlook toward the end result it makes the day to day challenge that much easier:)

I spent 7 weeks doing "therapy" for 7 weeks for a diagnosis that didnt even match my complaint, then after I couldn't take the torture anymore they refused to provide me with my medical records so I would pursue other treatment options, then after they finally consented they tried to charge me $75.00 dollars for a hard copy because they refused to fax it. This is just the most uncooperative physical therapist I have run across. Please do yourself a favor and find a qualified therapist instead of this duck house
