I booked my initial appointment having had multiple issues with joint pain, back pain and just an overall feeling of aches and stiffness. Steven listened each and every visit to how i was doing, what was working, what was not. He gave me a personalized treatment plan and reviewed it each and every visit. On the days that i was feeling like i was taking steps backward in my treatment, he was always encouraging and offered support. For several years I had suffered from almost constant pain around my shoulder blade. I consistently went to a massage therapist and occasionally a chiropractor which certainly provided me with some relief, however the issue remained present. After straining my back helping a patient up in the hospital, i went to Peach physio to help myself get back to being pain free, as farming work was coming up fast. I was having trouble walking and even sleeping after the injury. After four weeks treatment , I can now say that I am just about 100% better. I worked with Brett at Peach Physio both prior to my spinal surgery and during my recovery. He took the time to genuinely assess the issue, was my advocate with doctors when I was fighting to get an MRI during a pandemic, and was so kind, caring, and helpful every step of the way. Last summer I couldn't walk more than a couple steps, sit, stand, or even lie down on my left side, back or stomach. I was only 36 and was completely bed-ridden with extreme pain unlike anything I had ever felt before. Brett helped me manage the pain until I was able to get surgery in November. After that, I had lost much of my flexibility and strength. Just 6-months later I'm strong, flexible, and back to living a normal life! It was a lot of hard work, but Brett made sure that each week we built slowly and didn't risk re-injury while also pushing hard enough to build up my strength. The rest of the staff at Peach Physio was also fantastic. They knew me by name, handled all the billing and benefits changes, and were always so friendly. I'd definitely recommend (and have already to my friends!).

My experience at Peach Physiotherapy has been nothing short of amazing! I had knee surgery on my left knee (ACL reconstruction, meniscus cleanup and a High Tibial Osteotomy-HTO) through the Fowler Clinic in London, and have been doing rehab at Peach Physio since last June. This is my third knee reconstruction (second on this knee), and why I had an HTO done which was more invasive, and I was somewhat worried how I would bounce back this time. The staff at Peach Physio are so welcoming and friendly, from the front desk to the physio assistants, to the physios (doesn't matter if you're their patient or not). They pushed me and got me back to where I was before the surgery, which was a spot that I thought I may never get back to. Their planned exercise routines, use of technology (I love the GameReady after a tough session!) and constant checkups kept me on track to reach my goals. I can live the highly physically active lifestyle that is a huge part of my life (and part of my job). I would highly recommend Peach Physio to anyone who's rehabbing because they will do everything in their power to get you back to where you need (and want) to be, and make it a highly enjoyable experience along the way. I was greeted in a friendly, cordial and professional manner. The preliminary meeting began with a discussion regarding my concerns (neck and shoulder discomfort particularly with poor rotation). An assessment was completed regarding my current range of motion. A series of exercises were not only prescribed, but were also demonstrated by staff before I worked my way through them . I was then provided with a print out of these exercises with accompanying description as a reminder to me of how to do correctly complete them. I am pleased to say that I am slowly experiencing less discomfort and pain along with improved motion in both areas.

I just finished several months of PT for a knee injury. My therapist, Rosaleen Athaide, was outstanding! She provided clear instructions for all exercises, gave feedback and motivation, and helped my build up my strength, flexibility and mobility. . I did a combination of in-person visits and virtual visits. I particularly appreciated the option of virtual PT - Rose was great in supporting my exercises in my home during those sessions. Rose led me through virtual PT sessions - I felt totally supported and did not feel like I was missing out by not being face to face at the clinic. Her suggestions for angling my laptop so she could see my knee and legs clearly during an exercise allowed for additional feedback and next steps/extensions to exercises. She also modelled new exercises for me to try and then guided me through them, asking questions and providing suggestions/feedback. The virtual sessions were easy to join, simply clicked on the button sent out in appointment email, and Rose met me online. Thank you Peach Therapy and Rose!

I have been having appointments at Peach physiotherapy since last August. Steve Peach is my therapist has been giving me exercises to help me with a broken ankle. He also works on my foot with exercises with his hands to loosen up the muscles in my foot and ankle. The swelling is coming dowm considerably. They also have a gymnasium where I am given exercises to help with my balance. I highly recommend Peach Physiotherapy!!!
