J'étais très déçu et on me répond qu'il ne peuvent pas avoir deux patients en même temps et qu'ils ne veulent pas pénaliser l'autre patient?!?!?! Et moi qui se présente a l'heure et qui deux fois se fais tourner. Plus jamais a cette clinique. Je tiens a mentionné que les soin que j'ai reçu son très professionnel mais malheureusement la réceptionniste de cet établissement est très incompétente et impoli.

I went there the other day and the Receptionist Nathalie Paulin was very rude. I went in, said "Hello I have an app at 1." and she looked at me and said "This is a private clinic and you have to pay." as if I didn't know and couldn't afford this service. I was appalled and disgusted. No one has ever spoke to me in this manner. The service I received from the physio therapist was excellent. The reception's attitude was the only put off. I would still recommend this Physio.
