I have been to other physiotherapy clinics and this is the best one I have been to. The Physiotherapist Nameeta is very helpful and attentive to all your issues and she always remembers aspects of your personal conversations. I see Nameeta for chronic pain and I appreciate that she uses more than one method of treatment for my pain. The office staff are professional, polite and very friendly and they have experience with all major benefit providers-including Blue Cross.

I am so glad I came here! Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I am being treated with physiotherapy, massages, chiropractic care and orthotics due to my pain and doctors orders and they are definitely making a difference. I highly recommend this place!

I've given 2 stars because of the staff not because of management. This is the place to AVOID if you are going through car insurance after an MVA. They don't submit the correct paperwork for months but expect everything to be covered. They don't provide a care plan or follow procedures. Seems that they may be manipulating the process a bit, though they seem not to want to be paid since their invoice is still pending after months. Trying to get a call back to sort things out is pretty much impossible. I would not recommend this establishment

I had a bad car accident few months ago, and was referred by a friend for this clinic. It was the first time I was dealing with a clinic where I had to use my health insurance, and sure enough I had a good overall experience. Paperwork was smooth with no extra headache, Nameeta- The physio was great, knowledgeable and friendly! Within a few visits I am already feeling better and I would highly recommend this clinic to other people.

The best physiotherapist I have been to in Cambridge, she is so kind and always gives me new exercises to do at home to make sure I am building up my own strength and always checks in on how I am feeling during and after treatments. If you are looking for someone to feel comfortable going to (who also has the capacity to see you twice a week) this is the place to go!

The staff is warm and welcoming. Would give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐but the woman they have for orthodics is clueless.. left us so frustrated because she hadn't figured out the coverage in the beginning.

I have been about 8 times now. I noticed pain relief after my first appointment. The staff and management have been great so far in my experience. I have used there physio service and been sized for orthodics. They follow the rules and will not give free shoes. That's understandable. I truly enjoy my sessions.

The physiotherapist and the reception at this clinic are beyond amazing. Nameeta has been very attentive to my back, knee and hip issues and has addressed them all. Nameeta is very knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. The Physiotherapist here do one on one treatment with the patient the whole time. I have been going to Physiotherapy Health and Wellness for the past 2 years for all my issues and have had positive outcomes every time compared to other places I have been to. I HIGHLY recommend Nameeta and I am very grateful for I have finally found the BEST physiotherapist!
