I have been a client for many months recovering from a broken ankle. Dan is my physiotherapist and Barb helps me with balance and strengthening. This is one of the most welcoming and comfortable places someone with an injury could go to for support and rehabilitation. The front line staff, Cindy and Maria are absolutely lovely and it's beyond me how these lady's can remember everyone's name. I was injured at work and was on a search for a massage therapist. I'm from Guelph and found LifeMark in Cambridge. I saw Joclyn for Massage Therapy for my back and neck. I have been to two different massage therapists before Male and female in my town and they didn't compared to joclyn's work. This being said I have massage therapy offered in my workplace and I'd rather travel to visit LifeMark because of her work. I work as a Personal Support Worker and need a massage therapist! Since my injury 8 years ago I still visit with her for massage therapy. She has suggested new techniques that she has learnt. Which have be fantastic! She truly is a miracle worker when it comes to massage. I was hooked after that and I've used my benefits every year since. I would recommend LifeMark for Massage Therapy ! :) I will honestly never find anyone better or have the desire to look. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, which is so helpful when physiotherapy is required. There is lots of parking adjacent to where the clinic is located - at the back of the YMCA. I have been going to Lifemark a minimum of 2 times a week for nearly a year. Some weeks I was there every day and most times feels like I live there. I have worked with a messuse, two physiotherapists (one for neck and back the other for vertigo) two kinesiologists (one in the pool and one on land) as well as an occupational therapist. I have felt nothing but support from each person; right from when you walk in the door with the receptionists right down to the professional(s) I have appointments with. They are: Always on time Very thorough Uplifting Ensure you are understanding of what has happened to your body and what needs to be done Patient (I had a LOT of battles in my head): no one ever gabe up on me They are very goal oriented and help you create goals They are always friendly and smily They gave me my confidence back Theres too many good things to say I cannot write it all here.
