I was a regular patient of the clinic over a year before I was treated so poorly that I stopped going all together. My therapist was great on the initial consultation, did my assessment and gave me exercises to do. That was the first and only time we discussed my condition, and proceeded with weekly to biweekly treatments. Elizabeth never asked me to show her how I was performing my homework exercises to ensure I was doing them correctly, never checked or changed anything, but continued to schedule regular appointments for treatment. Over the course of the year that I went, she became more short with me and less friendly. Then the final straw, I had an appointment at my regular 9:45 time, as I was parking my car my phone rang so I let it go to voicemail. After parking I picked up my voicemail while walking to the office, it was the office cancelling my appointment because I was.... 2 whole min late. That's right folks it was 9:47 (I got stuck due to construction and couldn't move) I was 2 mins late, and they cancelled my appointment. AND decided I owed them $30 for a missed appointment time. I don't know who thinks 2 mins is too much for a someone to be late but since they can keep people waiting, and clocks vary by a few mins, maybe they should check themselves and learn what service is about! I complained to the front desk and no one followed up. I would avoid this place, they don't follow up once they start taking your money and become rude and narcissistic. I can't even say after a year of treatment that my shoulder is even any better.
