Galt Physio has an incredible staff of very professional, caring and dedicated people. The moment you step inside any reservations you might have disappear quickly. Staff are very friendly. Ismail and Amina provide all the necessary knowledge and expertise to treat any of your ailments using great skills and experience. They complement traditional physio treatment with acupuncture and massage therapy. My massage treatment was fantastic. Mara accommodates any level of pressure to suit and includes a hot rock treatment as well. Overall, Galt is an excellent choice!

First time getting accupuncture done and was an amazing experience! Have been experiencing lower back pains, stiffness in my neck and constant headaches for the past couple years. Numerous visits to the doctor as well as a chiropractor and little to no difference was made. After only a few appointments my back and neck feel amazing and the headaches have stopped!! The staff and setup of this clinic is top notch and Mr. Gangat has always been invested in my recovery process. Definitly recommend anyone to check them out!

Having my ankle replaced and Achilles' tendon lengthened 6 months ago has not been a fun experience. My experience with another clinic was disappointing to say the least. Ismail has been amazing! He takes his role seriously and he has so many tools to help get you back on track. He provides excellent value for the fee you pay and I totally am satisfied. Doctor Ismail Gangat is truly amazing. Done a bunch of different things to help with pain and nothing seemed to work long term. First visit and I was already seeing improvement in my neck. His bedside manner is truly amazing. He does his best to keep you calm and relaxed. Also all the front staff are amazing, friendly and caring. Also helps they joke around with you.

I have had acute migraines for a very long time that were crippling. I missed a lot of work and a lot of my life. I spent most of my time in a dark room with no noise and no light. My migraines would last for weeks at a time. I started getting acupuncture here and it helped right away. With the first treatment I was able to go to work the same day. Within the first few weeks the migraines progressively got better. I'm now at a point when I barely have migraines and if I do they are no where near as bad as they were and they do nto last very long. I am also getting help with my allergies which I have suffered with since I was a very small child. Usually at this time of year I am very sick with allergy symptoms. I am having very few symptoms. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They are my miracle workers.

How can a person that could not sit, stand, get in a car b/c of paralyzing pain in my back, I couldn’t even get water from their water cooler without coming to tears ,say thank you enough. Best decision ever. I had major back trauma, couldn't walk, sit, sit in a car, laying on my back was my only option Mary Ann the super nice receptionist/Physio assistant. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. I HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS PHYSIOTHERAPISTS LIKE THIS in the world. I would go to see Ismail and he would take care of me like he does all his patients He reduced my pain with acupuncture, every time! Which is a game changer. I’m a believer. He did different techniques ,laser therapy, then CUPPING (best thing ever, must try) Which I said I wouldn’t want,I took the advise of Mary Anne about cupping. I’m grateful that I did. Ismail vast knowledge in pain managment and rehabilitation got me to the point where I can go back to work and my life again. Actually even better than I thought, This team works as a family that has one goal to help their clients. If you ever have been to physio before there is NO comparison, they are top of the line. I had major back trauma, couldn't walk, sit, pee, sit in a car, lay on my back or side, i couldn't sleep. I have to mention when I first called in they were booked and that was that, but Mary Ann the super nice receptionist/Physio assistant told Ismail (the super experienced Physiotherapist) the amount of pain I was in, the type of person Ismail is, even with his packed schedule he fit me in b/c he couldn't stand the thought of someone needing help. I HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS PHYSIOTHERAPISTS LIKE THIS in the world. I would go every day to see Ismail and he would take care of me like he does all his patients as if we were LEGIT his family. He would take care of me for hours. He reduces my pain with serious acupuncture, every day. Then you think that is all he can help with, and then BAM, he does a different technique, Cupping, laser therapy, then WET CUPPING (best thing ever, must try), then laser therapy, then traction, then shockwave, TENS, IT NEVER ENDS because his care never stops. His vast knowledge in pain managment and rehabilitation got me to the point where I can go back to work and my life again. Actually even bette than I was before. This team works as a family that has one goal to help their clients. I have since referred my loved ones and they have changed their life as well. If you ever have been to physio before there is NO comparison, they are top of the line. To me they are miracle workers.Their calm and caring demeanour is unlike no other. Ismaiel is top notch. He spent all the time required with me to get the most recovery out of each visit. I had Accupunture, 2 Kinds of laser, shockwave, a scraping technique for inflation, physical manipulation, use of gym equipment and was always was treated nicely! 2 broken bones in my leg.

Ismail works wonders. Worth the long wait times. ???? I've had chronic back pain for a year now and I've done every treatment and tests under the sun. From the moment you walk in, you feel very welcomed by the wonderful staff. I've been fortunate to be seen by Mr Ismail Gangat who is helping me recover from a knee injury sustained post fall. Mr Gangat is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and I received a thorough assessment and treatment. He was consistent with explaining the details of the treatment and provide great reassurance. I have improved my range of motion after the first session, more than I had expected. Part of the treatment was acupuncture and laser therapy, which was very impressive . Staff is wonderful, caring , professional, and treated me with so much care . I have Hypothyroidism, I have gained whole lot of weight, due to my Thyroid being out of whack, doctors keep giving me the same meds although I complain I feel very sluggish! so far 2 weeks of Acupuncture treatments , 2 sessions per week and already 4 lbs down :) I have more energy already... sometimes getting out of bed is a entire task itself... I am on my way to a road of recovery

Went in for four sessions, before they had recieved my diagnosis they attempted laser therapy, accupuncture, and cupping with no result. After they had recieved my diagnosis they proceeded with the same treatment with no results. Decided to try another physiotherapist and their results were phenomenal. They had showed me specific exercises that targeted muscle growth in the lower back, proper sleeping techniques, and stretches. Overall my experience at Galt Physiotherapy was not great.

This place has been like a miracle for me. I was in so much pain when I went there. Everyone was so helpful, from the friendly receptionist helping me understand how to make a claim, to the drs helping me understand what each treatment does for me and assisting me in every aspect.
