I have been receiving treatment for multiple injuries from this facility for 2+yrs now & have had nothing but excellent care. The front end staff are incredible! Despite being overwhelmed at times by calls & customers checking in/paying/booking etc... they still manage to greet, acknowledge & be kind to everyone whom comes through their doors. The team of Therapists here are exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced & again very kind & great senses of humour (which helps tremendously whilst being treated & often in pain). I could not recommend a better place to be treated for Physio.! This team is like a family & I am very grateful for their kindness, patience & services!!!

Had a knee replacement 4 months ago and did all my therapy at the cambridge wellness centre .From the therapists to the office staff are amazing people!! The therapists are so knowledgeable and informative and can answer any questions you have. I feel like I've progressed beyond my expectations and feel its all because of the wellness staff. I would definitely recommend them 100% !!

after my knee surgery, I went for my first appointment. My appointment was at 8:30am but the receptionist advised me at 8:36 am that the therapist couldn't make it until 9am. No apologies, no sympathy nothing. the funny thing is that there is note on the wall saying if no show by the patient, there will be a $20 charge. I don't think the employees of this place have any clue about customer service. I just left and still no phone call back from this place!!!!

I had physio and occupational therapy on my wrist and hand. I found the care excellent, the team very knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate. A special thanks to Sue and Kendra. Also, kudos to the office staff - so very helpful and understanding.

I see Haiyan Cai, RMT, on a regular basis, as I currently suffer from PTSD and Fibromyalgia. Haiyan is quite simply the best massage therapist that I’ve even seen. Professional, warm, friendly and thoughtful, Haiyan has the true touch of a genuine healer. In fact, she’s been such a benefit to my health that my wife, who’s also a satisfied client, agreed that our teenage son, who’s on the Aspberger’s Spectrum, would also greatly benefit from massage therapy with Haiyan, and he immensely enjoys his massages. Do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Haiyan Cai, RMT right away!

I was told I have severe tendonitis this year, and as a musician (guitar player) I found myself in a lot of pain trying to play, and even had moments where my hand would stop working completely. Erica at CCHW did a bunch of acupuncture sessions (and some massage) on my arms and connected areas, and I'm now back out playing. Saw results pretty quick, and couldn't be more happy with the results.

I'm a long time patient of this place, love the people but their billing staff have no idea. They screwed up the billing to my insurance. (100%) They sent me a first notice letter. I explained just submit it properly. No they need me to go in and pay and sort out their mess with my insurance. Such a dissapointment... I won't be back. Update. My spouse just stopped in google says this place is open till four. Door is locked. Called and was told they are closed. So can't pay the bill today time 15:15. Customer service is not their strong suit. My advice go somewhere else.

Was there for Physio after hurting my back...From the front desk to the therapist, they were all very helpful and friendly. My therapist was wonderful and gave me some very useful excercises that I use to this day.

My ratings here are based on past results. My wife needed a knee replace placement as I just had mine. At the time we were there a few years ago they had Mike and Jeff. They were both excellent. I was suffering from big time piroformis syndrome. Mike would massage the muscles every time I was there, then do cupping, acupuncture and stretching. My wife was getting acupuncture on her knee. Both these guys were great and knew their stuff. We go back about 2 years later and the staff has greatly changed. We had new issues and the service was not the best. I could tell the difference after the first visit. They did nothing for my wife's piroformis and after 4 weeks we quit. The place is not what it used to be. Even the staff in the office has had a complete over haul. Something here is not right. Now, we look for another place for physio.

After snapping my Achilles tendon I knew the recovery would take a long time. My initial assessment was detailed, outlined the steps and expected timeline for recovery and answered all my questions. Over an 11 month period I have had the pleasure of working with the entire staff. They provide a fun, goal driven environment, provide clear exercises for home with print outs and follow up at every appointment. My hour of physio is the highlight of my day. I have progressed from not walking to doing squats on a wobble board with ease. I would recommend CCHW without hesitation.

Minouti, along with Cameron are a joy to deal with. Even through the pain of physio, there attention and caring attitude is a joy to be around.

I have been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years. This clinic has played an integral role in maintaining and keeping my chronic pain at manageable levels. If it wasn’t for the constant care of Niyati and her ENTIRE team, I don’t think I would be able to continue to work. The fact they introduced me to several at home exercises- just goes to show how much they care about their patients. I also believe it’s important to recognize the secretaries. All 3 have gone above and beyond in accommodating my busy life and making sure that appointments fit my schedule. I am very pleased with the care and service I have been provided.

I have been coming to the Cambridge Centre for Health & Wellness for a work injury! Minouti and Cam are my primary therapists. I have had Kaylyn as well. They are very knowledgeable, professional and personable! There teamwork is great! They work together to ensure the patient is getting the best possible treatments to ensure a speedy recovery! Although treatment can sometimes be difficult they are always trying to make your session happy, positive and fun. Their patients are definitely their priority! Would recommend them to others in need of physio therapy!

I had my knee replaced 7 weeks ago and they are doing an amazing job to with Physiotherapy to help me to recover and get back doing what i love to do. They show real compassion for your health. I highly recommend everyone to use them for any type therapy.

Very disappointed and alarmed by care provided. With the exception of one therapist, very poor customer interaction as therapists busy chatting with each other, with other clients instead of the patient being worked on, and complaining about understaffing. Niyata in particular very dispassionate, rude and negligent assessing presence of an emerging condition for a two week period despite having it repeatedly pointed out to her. The course of treatment was not modified in any way and created further decline and pain.

Started my physio here due to a car accident. Kaylyn and Niyati were so professional, accommodating and friendly. I always looked forward to coming in for my sessions as they made me feel comfortable and I could tell they truly cared about my progress. Also, the other staff on site (Cam) and especially both receptionists (Laura and Jessica) were so friendly and made me feel welcomed the moment I walked through the door. After all my sessions were completed, my pain had reduced significantly and I feel a lot better doing things that became difficult for me after my accident. I also, used Lorraine as my massage therapist and she was also great. Her massage helped me a lot and it was also a pleasure to talk to her throughout my session. Can't wait for my next massage. Highly recommend coming here if you ever need care. Big thank you to all the staff for helping me out.

CCHW is a five star facility where everyone welcomes me in a very courteous and professional manner. The staff is very knowledgeable and available to airstrip me through my routines. Everyone ensures that I am always comfortable and explains the reasons for each exercise and routine that I complete. They review my progress with me and this in turn makes me feel that I am being treated with respect and fairness. I would not hesitate to recommend CCHW to anyone who requires their services including therapeutic massage. Thank you.

My husband fell from a 10' ladder and shattered both of his legs. Shortly after leaving the hospital (after an 8 week stay), he was recommended to the Cambridge Centre for Health and Wellness. He started in October 2017 and has been attending 3x a week ever since for extensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation. We have had nothing but good experiences while there. Kendra and Alex are my husband's primary physiotherapists, and they are friendly, knowledgeable and patient enough to deal with his personality and pain! Katie and Dana are usually the first people that you see upon arrival, and they are both helpful and friendly. Every time Katie answers the phone, you can tell that she has a smile on her face :) My husband lives in constant pain now, but they have gotten him to a point that he can walk with the aid of a cane, and he enjoys going to physio 3x a week so that he can push himself to get better, laugh and get a break from the monotony that has become his life at the moment. My husband and I recommend this Centre for your physiotherapy and massage therapy needs!
