I suffered from a shoulder injury from hockey and I was referred to Kinetic Physiotherapy for treatment. Sabrina Gravina took care of me and was outstanding. She is a knowledgeable and friendly young professional who puts you at ease. Her cheerful disposition makes the therapy go by with less anxiety. After a half dozen sessions she had me feeling much better (If I did the homework she gave me it might have been sooner). I highly recommend both Sabrina and the bright friendly surroundings of the clinic!

Pleasant, professional, personable and a great conversationalist. Dr. Hames has the vastly underrated gift of being able to break down the science and mechanics of the human body is easy to digest terminology. Making you, her patient, apart of the conversation instead of someone talking at you. Dr. Hames also prescribes exercises to perform maintenance, which, when actually followed through upon, allow you to avoid having to come back immediately the next week. She’s here to help and heal, not just make a quick buck by generating bogus reasons for repeated visits. An absolute pleasure to be around, this is the level of service, professionalism, personality and care I wish everyone could receive, always. Do yourself a favour and get an appointment already! Best Chiropractor I’ve ever had.

When I started seeing Nick regarding a hip issues , I have having difficulty walking. Sometimes the pain was unbearable Within a few short treatments I'm moving much better. The hip pain is less and I feel that the exercises he gave me are helping. I have increased movement and flexibility. I'm going to continue to make appointments because I want to continue to improve my flexibility and range of motion.

I had a massage with Seanna this week and was extremely pleased with her professionalism. She spent 15 minutes discussing the root of my issues, so she could address them appropriately. I had a headache that day from an issue I have had with my jaw, and by the time I left my appointment the headache was gone and has not yet returned. She really went above and beyond to fix my issue and pain. She was extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff at Kinetic is great and I highly recommend them!

So I have an enormously compromised body due to injuries, multiple surgeries — you name it. I’ve seen a number of physiotherapists and massage therapists over the years in various towns and provinces. However Christina (physiotherapy) and Kayla (massage therapy) are two of the very best practitioners that have ever worked on me. Both bring an absolute wealth of knowledge and expertise in their individual disciples to bear and — as a result — I am seeing tangible improvement, very much due to their care. I cannot recommend anyone more and these ladies are honestly SUPER AWESOME.

Until I became a client at Kinetic Physiotherapy I had experienced chronic pain for over twenty years. Over those years I had numerous treatments with various practitioners but nothing helped and I continued to get worse. The very knowledgeable staff at Kinetic spent a lot of time assessing my situation and from the start until the present have continued to monitor my progress. They have revised and modified my program numerous times and have followed up with me with phone calls and emails during the especially difficult times. My situation was very complicated and the staff especially Christina was relentless in trying different treatments and options. During Christina's maternity leave I began having treatments with Lauren who also continuously looked for new ways to treat me. I am eternally grateful for the treatments I have received from Christina, Lauren and Shawna. I am mostly pain free now and can enjoy all the activities that I previously had to give up. Kinetic is the absolute BEST place for physio, Chiro, and massage therapy. I recently moved to Binbrook, but refuse to go anywhere else for treatment. They have given me my life back after severe back issues that included spine surgery. I went from being in a wheelchair to being able to carry my daughter and feeling confident to endure another pregnancy (which they’ve safely helped me through this entire time). I go there at least once a week, and I feel like I’m part of their close knit family. I could not recommend this place more!!! Amazing staff and treatment!

Im so glad she has Christina and all the Kinetic team are great they are really welcoming and they explain everything to you which I like personally!
