I cannot say enough about ISM Rehab. I've been to many clinics over the years for my condition and ISM is by far the most capable. They're an excellent clinic, from each aspect to the next. Friendly and helpful staff, the clinic has everything you need in one place. They really care about your well-being and will work to find the solutions to your problems through physio and massage therapy. It feels like they really invest in you as a patient. I've never once felt like I was dismissed as just a number or another patient coming in through a revolving door. I've never felt afraid that my needs or concerns wouldn't be met in my health care. Five stars for every person in that work place.

Excellent physiotherapists who are dedicated, friendly and very approachable! Great follow-through and they do a lot around patient education, home exercises and monitoring your progress as you go through rehabilitation. You'll feel very well taken care of and they go above and beyond to work with you to achieve your wellness goals. Also recently added a Registered Massage Therapist, such a great environment for patients!

I've been going to ISM for a while now due to chronic neck problems. The physio team has been amazing and greatly reduced the pain and headaches I was experiencing. I'm getting very close to being headache free and I owe a lot of thanks to ISM. I highly recommend them to anyone needing physio treatment. Everyone there is friendly and truly cares about the well-being of their patients.

The staff is very thorough in their assessment. They explain their plan of treatment very well and supervise you doing exercises on your own so that you are prepared to carry them out at home. They are professional and yet friendly at the same time. What else can I say! I had a very good experience at ISM.

I found all of the staff very professional and knowledgable. They were always extremely friendly and made me feel good to be there. I was there for an extensive time and Racheal was great. She walked me through all the excercises and gave me some tips to use at home. When I had difficulty with one excercise, she immediately put me onto another that was easier. I was confident that she knew exactly what she was doing and talked me thru what was happening the entire time I was there. I would highly recommend ISM for anyone that needs help.

I can not say enough re: my experience with ISM. the staff are there for you, if they are finishing up with a client they are connected to you also. I had Surgery with Dr. Smith who is also in the same office so what better than to have everyone in touch with each other as well as me. Eva gave me exercises to strengthen before surgery. Post surgery she guided me through every step of the way of my journey with in office and on-line treatment, thankyou Eva for driving me forward through my recovery. Two weeks after my discharge I had a fall down the stairs and cracked a rib so off I go to see the team again, I went through more treatment and I left with confidence and lots of tools to do my part of looking after myself. The bonus at the end of this I was introduced to Justin to get my Golf swing adjusted and steal a few hints from him, thankyou Justin. I am not shy to say, all of this is a lot to handle for a seventy year old but with the tools given to me by this team I can do this, not that I don't mind seeing you guys again, take care all.
