The West End Physiotherapy Clinic deserves my 5-Star ratings, as I owe the positiveness of my second chance at life to its cream of registered physiotherapists, kinesiologist and acupuncturist. Close to 6 years ago, I had a cervical fusion all through my neck from C3 right down to C6 due to severe spinal sternosis and kyphosis. My mobility was rigid and limited through the process and since Autumn of 2014, I cannot be more grateful and thankful to this day for Mari, Eva and Boyd's conscientiousness, dedication and care - helping my body to regain its mobility gradually and promisingly each week. The clinic also has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone, including the staff at the reception desk, always tenders his or her service with a smile! I feel so at home during all my rehab sessions each week. How blessed I am to have found West End Physiotherapy Clinic!!!!

If you're looking for a professional, friendly and supportive well-being environment, you should try West end physiotherapy Clinic. I found this place after a car accident few months ago. I still going for my treatment. A special thank you to Bryan who take the time to do his job properly and never leave me go away with a headache. I recommend 100% this place!

Giving two stars because ot seems like a good place but i just got unlucky. The guy talked me unto getting acupuncture in my lower back, it was going great until he hit a nerve that shot up my back. I felt it in my skull. I let out a huge groan and probably a few swear words. His response was "oh thats not supposed to happen" this was a major concern for me. He went on to tell me that it shouldnt happen because the nweves in your lower back only go down and not up, this sounds like bs. From this point i just wanted to leave. The whole time he kept leaving and coming back. Idk if he's treating someone else at the same time or he's asking someone how to treat me, but i cant think.of anothwr reason for him to be leaving during my visit. When i finally did get to leave trying to get up was almost impossible after telling me it feels better instantly. He had made my issue worse than before. Ive booked an appointment elsewhere. He also didnt attend to my knee issue that i mentioned at the start on the appointment. A bit of a horrific visit. Ive decided to make it one star.

Highly recommend West End Physiothetapy! I have been going to see Bryan twice a week for over a year now due to my bad car accident. The satff is very friendly kind and courteous and they do their very best to accomadate your schedule.

West End Physio is an exceptional clinic, which I highly recommend. The clinic has great physiotherapists and kinesiologists, and friendly helpful front desk staff. It's clean and the equipment in the gym and clinic rooms is well maintained. They also have RMTs but I have not used the massage therapists yet. I have always found parking on the street in front of the building and there are a few underground parking lots within a block. If you are looking for a physio or massage therapy clinic downtown, you must try this one.

I am so happy with the treatment I received from Bryan Yau over the last couple of weeks. He really helped me deal with some debilitating back pain and muscle spasms. I look forward to getting treated by him again in the future, whether it is to deal with more muscle pain or simply to help me ease tension and relax.

This place is great. Things run on time. Front office staff are excellent and courteous. I went for physio for an injury and once the diagnosis was done there was a clear treatment plan even when I had to switch therapists. I received precise instructions on the exercises and feedback as my condition improved. The therapist took the time to show me how to do each one. Best of all, it worked!

West End Physio took care of me for over 2 1/2 years due to a car accident. During that time, I received Physio anywhere from twice a week down to once a week. I found the care to be above and beyond. After that, I had active rehabilitation at the clinic, and found the care to be excellent. I was provided with exercises that I could do at home, including videos and handwritten examples. My physiotherapist was Boyd! I could not of asked for anyone to have taken better care of me! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for the best care, compassionate staff, and a very good location.

Had my physio with Bryan. Bad experience. He was impatient, impolite and not very knowledged. He charged me for an hour, spend 25 minutes with me, going in and out of the room. He diagnosed me with something totally different than what ER Doctor and my family doctor diagnosed. After my visit I went to see my family doctor and told him about Bryan's opinion of my condition, my doctor couldn't stop laughing. I am not coming back, I have no trust that stuff in this office have the knowledge or skills to make patients better.
