One of the best things about PTprep, Katelyn and her team is continued support. I could not appear for the practical exam last year in 2019 however as I was enrolled in the course I completed the course with them. My access to online videos expired but Katelyn happily extended the login for some time so that I can have access until my exam. Moreover, they have been kind to extend continued support (solving doubts etc) even after a year of completion of the course. I highly recommed PTprep for both written and practical courses as well as the mock exams. The bonus is free online webinars/sessions conducted by Katelyn and Erin every now and then!

I passed on my first attempt after I took the Premium Access Video Course for the Written PCE - it was so helpful! I gave myself 3 months of full time study to prepare for the exam. I was coming back to Canada from Australia and the course really helped my study become focused and filled in the areas that are considered entry level practice for Canada. The office hours were useful for the vignette practice questions and reviewing topics from the manual that were usually not as in-depth in the videos. It was also good to be able to clarify questions and hear other students' questions as I found that helped with solidifying my knowledge. Even if it was just helping to answer another student's question. The course content focuses on clinical rationale so that you can know and understand "why" which is sometimes missed in other content. I would 100% recommend this course.

PT prep has helped me be successful in musculoskeletal private practice where I have 30 minute initial assessments and up to 12 patients a day. In this setting, I need to be able to quickly organize and prioritize my knowledge. My university degree threw a lot of information at me, and studying with this course helped me organize and integrate what I learned in my degree to use more effectively at work. Although the course is based on what could be taken as rigid frameworks, I now know when to emphasize certain parts of the framework for the individual patient. After failing the first attempt in October I decided to seek professional help from a preparation course here in Canada. May 2021 test: I tried the 3 mock exams from PT Exam Prep, and I can vouch for their effectiveness. Be warned, while the exams feel a bit on the harder side, they do a great job of exposing you to various styles of questions, and help you focus your studying a bit on the possible questions the PCE may ask. Every question comes with a full explanation and a reference as to where you can find the answer, so much effort was put into them! Finally, the score breakdown at the end shows your weaknesses and strengths, and I feel that it helped me organize my time near the end and prioritize my weaker sections. I absolutely recommend PT Exam Prep, I don't think I would have passed the PCE without them!

The PT Exam Prep team are fantastic - they responded very quickly to all my questions about the course (Katelyn even phoned me to discuss the different options) and concerns with my exam being postponed; the teachers in the office hours are really good at answering questions in a simple way, and the vignette practice questions were good practice. I've already signed up for the virtual live teacher practical course starting in January. The team has been great at communicating with me and keeping me up to date with all of the changes that they've had to make (starting dates and method of delivery) due to the CAPR's changes for the practical exam. These last two years had been so hard but I am so thankful to pt exam prep team to keep motivating us. I took their course in 2019 and now again this year to keep up my preparation sipirit .Very good decision of my life to take PT prep course. Whole PT prep team is very helpful and caring. I am so grateful to especially Katelyn and Erin for their guidance and a very good learning experience. Study material and practice stations are prepared so that we get a whole perspective of what the exam is about and how to get through it. Most Important is they provide one to one remarks about one's performance and how to improve that. I would say that PT exam prep is a boon to internationally educated students to achieve their dreams.

Just one day when I finally decided to go with the advice from my friends who already had cleared written PCE , I give a call to Katelyn and she explained me very well about the courses and how I can enroll. Glad I made the decision and look FINALLY I HAVE PASSED PCE WRITTEN IN MY VERY FIRST ATTEMPT. Initially was skeptical about taking up an online exam prep. But soon realized this might be helpful in managing my time, energy and getting on right track. If you are one of the people who get lost with an ocean of information presented to you, this course would be definitely help. They have small batches and the teacher almost knows your strength and weaknesses. Every student gets a chance to answer and ask a question if there are doubts. Of course, there is time crunch but these guys try their best to cover as much information as possible and make you feel confident. Being an internationally educated physio, my main concern is what and how to study for the practical exam in accordance to the Canadian system. Like most internationally educated Physiotherapy students (I completed my degree in the U.K), I came back to Canada with an uneasiness and some anxiety with regards to tackling the professional competency exams to become a licensed physiotherapist in Canada. After some research and "sampling" (I had attended a number of free webinars by PT Exam Prep), I decided to take the plunge and enroll in their premium video course as I could complete it on my own time and around my work schedule. The material provided was very thorough and in depth and definitely provided a firm foundation to build upon your studying. If you find yourself a bit lost and dont' know where to start in terms of studying for the PCE in Canada, you can't go wrong with PT Exam prep to point you in the right direction and support you along the way (you get the occasional emails to check up on you throughout your course - perhaps to remind you to keep studying?). All in all a great resource, and I will definitely check out their other resources for the practical exam in the near future. Oh, and I was able to pass the written component of the PCE on the first attempt with their help as that is what most people will want to know.

Then I took The PTPREP written exam course..The Premium Access Video Course. And it helped me a lot to pass the exam at my third and the last attempt! It is well organized and exam oriented course that includes to the point and detailed notes of all the topics which are important for the exam. The videos are well structured and the teachers are highly professional and knowledgeable. I also purchased extra mock exams and those were also very helpful to me. I just want to share my success story with PT Exam Prep. As an internationally trained PT, I struggled with the PCE written component.
