I wasn't late, I was just waiting to be checked in while the 1 receptionist took other calls and helped other people so the massage didn't get started unitl 15 mins after it should have. The masage therapist could have come out to check to see if I was there. Then the massage therapist chastised me for being 'late'. And I don't use my real name to post, FYI.

A business is a business; they need to make a profit. Unfortunately, this clinic puts their profits far, far ahead of caring for individuals. After a minor accident I went for assessment and wasn't helped, but was instead seen as a source of ongoing funding. My initial appointment gave no assistance and simply installed a plan for long term care that clearly was for their financial benefit, not my wellness. I was also charged three times the stated price of the appointment without any consent given or notification afterwards. Driving into the parking lot should have been my warning sign. Outside of the clinic, their sign reads: "Have you used your benefits yet?" Trying to squeeze every penny out of you right to the last minute of the year. Find another clinic that will prioritize your care and wellness, and not just see dollar signs over the heads of those in need of assistance.

They have several state of the art treatment modalities that he can use to effectively manage the care of the patient. I saw Dr Tyler around 3 years ago for a debilitating herniated disc in my lower back. At the time, I really was concerned if I would ever be pain free again. I'm a very active fitness enthusiast and having dealt this deck of cards was extremely challenging mentally and physically to say the very least. Tyler understands the pt psychology of the pain process and he effectively encourages you to stay patient and positive while the body heals. Even if you don't live in Paris Ontario I would suggest making a road trip to see him. In August, my 6 year old daughter broke her leg. her cast came off 6 weeks later and she wasn't gaining muscle back enough to walk on it again. I contacted cobblestone and was set up with Elizabeth for physio on her leg. The first day we saw Elizabeth, my daughter was in a wheelchair since she still couldn't walk. Beth was great with her and shortly after, she didn't need the wheelchair anymore and after 8 sessions of physio, she is now walking perfectly and all her muscle mass has come back. Thanks so much for squeezing Mac in tonight! You truly are amazing at what u do! Update 2 1/2wks after her initial appointment to start laser,some chiro and using a TENS and EMS machine my daughter is back on the ice at what she loves to do. She is able to get down in the Hack at curling and last a game again... pain is now at a minimal... Dr.Fletcher, THANK YOU! Helping kids is not for everyone. You do it with such ease and keep in mind their ever changing body and sudden growth spurts. You give options and opinions and allow us as parents to be part of the care. Keep up the excellent work!
